This hotel was so terribly poor . It is really an apartment block with a second rate pool area and dreadful bar . We were due to stay for 5 days but checked out after 2 hours . It was grubby , drab and soulless . I would recommend avoiding at all costs instead pay a little more and stay at Villa Rosa on the front of the lake it’s superior in every way .

A bit mixed here. The hotel itself is very nice, the staff are great, the cocktails are excellent. The pool area is very nice. The location is good in a quiet residential area but just a short walk to the ferries, restaurants and bars. However, we had a room with a patio and view of the lake, which was great, but we felt the room itself was a bit basic, no tea or coffee facilities and just one easy accessible plug for chargers etc. and the bed cover was very snagged when we arrived. The soundproofing was also not great, with us being clearly able to hear conversations in the next room. We still enjoyed our time there though

Very good staff, very impressed. Breafast was giid. Bar had great service. Facility was great value. Well maintained property. Nice pool, nice balcony came with the room. Rooms on the small side. I would prefer additional space in the room.

I stayed for four nights for work reasons. We had a great time; it felt like a home away from home (we're from the west coast of the United States). The breakfast was diverse with the option for fresh fruit smoothies and homemade cake. The staff inquired about how our day went and genuinely cared. Thank you, your owners must be very proud of you

Excellent hotel about 10 minute walk into centre of Desenzano. Very clean and rooms spacious. Air con fabulous. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool is freezing though but once in it’s great. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice and served until 11 am. Pool towels provided from reception and can be changed daily. Pool are was very quiet which was lovely, with waiter service and loads of sunbed choice Definitely recommend

A perfect hotel with perfect staff thank you so much for a great stay staff were super friendly room was very clean lots of choice at breakfast and a perfect location only a short walk into town will definitely be back

Great place to stay in the Lake Garda area! Clean and comfortable rooms , great breakfast , nice area with a pleasant walk into town for restaurants , sightseeing and beach , as well as a lovely pool and hot tub on the property. We also found the hotel staff friendly, accommodating and helpful ! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again !

The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean, it is within walking distance to the center of this small city. However, if you are like us, you arrived by train, try to arrange transportation for you in this city. Taxis are almost impossible to find. The hotel does not have shuttles, they helped us to find a taxi but we had to wait for 1-2 hrs.
