Botanica Khao Yai Resort

1.) Room is not clean as it should be. Full of dust ( with this higher price!) 2.) Water heater is not functional, so in winter time as I went with family. It is become a troublesome. Why don't you check your room before let your room be used by customers? 3.) You said with "Great breakfast" which is actually not that great at all. A very basic breakfast with less variety of food. Almost no protein, for this room rental price... It is not worth it at all.

We stayed at this hotel in late December, 2023. we felt the location just outside the park and the pictures would make it a fantastic stop before heading in. The reality was quite different. Each room may have a soaking tub on the balcony, but the water heater in the room is only big enough to fill it a third of the way leaving you freezing. The hotel is poorly designed, requiring you to take stairs and ramps up and down to go anywhere and those ramps are also not maintained creating a trip and fall hazard. Finally even simple things like tile work in the shower we’re not maintained. There was a hole in our shower that went into the insulation of the wall behind. One other notable issue is that the location of the hotel is not as ideal is it appears on the map. They do offer a golf cart shuttle but only to a restaurant a kilometer or so away. It’s just really not that central. If you don’t have your own car to get out and not really walkable if you need to go somewhere. In a place with so many options, why pick this one? We certainly wouldn’t again.
