We have just returned from our 4th visit to Mossa in three years and are already planning to return for a 5th. The location is perfect with a choice of beautiful beaches close by and a scenic coastal walk into Chania. The warmth of the welcome here is fantastic and the owner Christos and Alex the manager make sure your stay is wonderful in every way. Every person working here is friendly, kind and helpful. Special thanks also to Anna and Sissi. The chefs prepare delicious breakfast and meals throughout the day and housekeeping do an amazing job. We never want to leave. We love Mossa Wellbeing Hotel.

My husband and I stayed at the Mossa well being Hotel for 10 nights in a junior suite with private garden and we enjoyed every minute. Having stayed and traveled in many countries, this hotel exceeded our expectations and met all our needs. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and hospitable and made you feel being friends not customers. Alex and Christos were amazing as hosts and in providing recommendations for trips in Chania and surrounding areas as well as restaurants. Everything was managed highly professionally and smoothly such as airport pick up, check in, daily room cleaning. The breakfast was very nice we appreciated a lot the organic local products. The pancakes were so tasty as well as the fresh orange juice and sourdough bread. We also enjoyed the restaurant in the evening and Swimmingpool. The location ist just perfect with 4 beaches nearby. We especially enjoyed the sunset beach. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back. - Katharina and Rakesh from Germany

Amazing experience. The rooms were very clean. The personal was amazing. Everyone is taking care of you and they make you feel like home. Beautiful place. For sure im gonna come back. The evenings with live music give you exactly the greek experience and you can feel the energy. I wanna dance again in this a**osphere, even tho sadly i couldn’t fulfill every emotion, because i had to catch an early plane. I really recommend the place to everyone.

Our experience at Mossa was incredible from the minute we walked in to our very last moments there. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, the staff are beyond attentive and ensure you have a wonderful stay. They shared with us many recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, routes to explore in the mountains, walking routes, suggested stop off points on our way to Heraklion and places to visit for dinner. We enjoyed a massage which was incredible, excellent value for money - we felt so relaxed afterwards. The breakfast was delicious, the chocolate pancakes were incredible. I’d highly recommend paying a little extra and sampling the açai bowl and Pitaya bowl! Incredibly refreshing and delicious. Christos allowed us to stay for hours after checkout due to our late flight free of charge as the hotel was quiet and he also gave us some local soaps as a gift before leaving - incredible service so kind. I booked this hotel based on reviews and they did not disappoint - Mossa has set a high bar and it will be hard to find another hotel that does it better.

I could write a huge review on this place. It's just perfect in every way. Great poolside rooms. Delicious food all day. Attentive and passionate staff. Gym and sauna. 3 beaches 5 mins walk. Bus stop outside. 10 mins to town. Lots to do in the main port. Amazing to just relax or explore.

chose this property due to the rave reviews we read and it sure did not disappoint! the property felt very new, and well-landscaped which gave off a great first impression as we arrived. upon a quite late check-in, we were greeted with a plate of welcome snacks and Cretan teas. first off, the staff was extremely accommodating to our last-min ferry cancelation from Santorini to Crete which forced us to have to miss our first night with Mossa. they were so understanding that they worked with *********** directly to have my first night refunded despite it being super last minute. secondly, the daily morning breakfast was served in the dining/pool/lounge area with made-to-order brekkie options in addition to an adorable starter basket with breads, honey, jams and greek yogurt. the property also offered yoga and Greek dance classes; however, due to our short trip and having to check out at 4:30am to catch our flight, we unfortunately had to miss out on the Greek dance night. it seemed and sounded like a ton of fun though, but we had to pack while we squeezed in some other key sights on our last day in Chania. :( we stayed in their 2-storied maisonettes suite which overlooked the park on one side and the pool the other. the street noise was hardly heard during our stay at night. alex, the bartender also gave us some great food recommendations and we ended up enjoying a delicious dinner at Gramboussa. all in all, we definitely recommend staying at Mossa if visiting Chania as it's perfectly located to a couple of beautiful beaches nearby. it is also just a short drive (~15min) to old town/port Chania and another 1.5hr drive to the most beautiful beach in the world–Elafonisi beach. the friendly, attentive staff and inviting a**osphere along with the modern/contemporary design of the property truly made our stay enjoyable!

Amazing little boutique hotel. Everything is amazing from the location to the rooms, the pool area and the food! The bed was so comfy - so much so we ended up asking for the mattress supplier to see if we can order one for our home. They have yoga classes and dance classes which were great. Everyone that works there is so lovely and thoughtful including the owner Christos who gave us fantastic recommendations of places and restaurants to visit on the island.

Highly recommend! The place is amazing and the owner makes sure every guest is happy and work with you to accommodate your wishes. The employees go beyond to make sure you are satisfied with everything. Please make sure to book directly through the hotel to ensure you and the hotel get the best deal. If I ever go back to Crete, I will only stay at that place. Don’t hesitate, you won’t regret staying there.

Definitely a hotel to stay in This is one of those properties that makes you feel welcome once you set a foot in it. The owner Cristos is hands on and always present at the hotel to help out where needed, always there to help the guests in all they need, hats off Cristos. Larissa the front of house girl welcomes everyone with a smile on her face, she helps as much as she can and always manages to start a conversation to put a smile on the guests face. Alexandros is a nice guy, he always has some nice story to tell, very attentive to service and always there to help as well. On the whole the staff is all ready to help out and the most important thing is that they serve with a smile. The hotel has a small gym, it’s close to two beaches which are very good, the city Centre is 10 mins away by car and the food in the restaurant is very good. Breakfast is very healthy and it’s changed every couple of days. Excellent place to stay in Chania! I recommend it hands down.
