Quiet place,right in the heart of the town,lots of space in the front with trees,very nice... Rooms are ok...old block value for money... though its ready for a facelift. Good restaurant and coffee shop. Very good breakfast. Coffe shop staff very very polite and friendly. Overall,very good. Will definitely repeat.

Excellent service. Staff attitude was great. The location of the hotel is good. You can visit the Palakkad for and if you love going to temples, there is a small Hanu*** temple inside the Fort. The church opposite the hotel is also good. It is close to the markets. Good experience.

Very comfortable stay and good service. Good spread of breakfast items. Very cooperative staff members. We will plan to come here at a good frequency. Rooms are neat and clean. Food served on time. Water and tea coffee always are available.

Rooms are classy. Overall atmosphere is good. Calm and peaceful in the palkkad city. Food is really tasty and room service is also appreciable. Choose this if ypu want a comfortable stable in the city. Staff servuce is also good and prompt. Rooms are not modern, dont expect luxury. Absolutely fine for a business trip

A legacy hotel with oodles of space, parking and a great coffee shop. Add old style hospitality including ( surprise, surprise) morning newspaper. Wish the air conditioning in the basic room had temperature control. Very helpful staff too. Food is good. Esp the complimentary breakfast.

We had two nights stay in this hotel which is one of the bests in Palakkad based on Reviews. Unfortunately, the experience was bitter. The bed stead was very old, two separate beds attached to the frame. One side was detached, hence was causing noise whenever you turn or roll. The quilt inserts were two different coloured ones, the tiles of the room and the bath room were very old and shabby. Except the Location and Food, nothing was worth the money.

I have checked in basic room for a day. I'm a regular visitor to this hotel. Room is okay but a/c remote is not available and TV setup box is not working. There is no issue with resturant and food wise. Hotel people are very supportive and helping nature. We can appreciate for this support.

The room was neat and clean. The staffs also very polite. Washroom was little smell, But after informing to reception, the staff took action immediately... They provided us complementary Breakfast. All food served was very Good. Quality of the food was excellent.

The hotel is old and needs maintenance. The rooms are dirty. The linens were torn.
