ホテルはとても清潔で、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。 もっと改善の余地があります。 朝食メニューについては、もう少し工夫が必要かもしれません。野菜の種類がもっと豊富だと嬉しいです。3日間滞在しましたが、カプカイの野菜メニューは3回も食べてしまいました。

古き良きホテル。ただ、部屋は少し臭い。Wi-Fiは不安定。システムのアップグレードが必要。

Good services by staff especially front desk, Bella and Puteri Mayang. Varieties of food for breakfast and good location.

I booked a one night stay in a Superior Room at ARYADUTA Palembang for my friend. I had requested a room with a view of Palembang City, and I appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate this request. However, there were several service-related issues during the stay. The refrigerator in the room was not functioning, which was manageable since the stay was only for one night. My friend also requested a glass of ice from the restaurant, but it was never delivered. As a result, I had to order ice from a nearby restaurant and have it delivered to the hotel. Additionally, the telephone in the room was not working properly, so my friend had to use the phone in the bathroom to contact the hotel. The room was also missing towels upon arrival, and we had to request them from room service. Overall, the room itself was satisfactory, and I appreciate the hotel for fulfilling my room view request. However, the service fell below expectations due to the multiple inconveniences experienced during the stay.

The hotel is in the mall complex. So you can get your things easier. The traffic near the hotel is okay but when the big rain downpour, you better not go anywhere. Because the road will get flooded. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Kids will love it. I didn’t get any breakfast, but they’re breakfast was good enough.

I would say everything was not even 4-star hotel. 3-star at best. Rooms having multiple problems. Breakfast was a disaster.

To have more food choice mix of local n western.   Food is not so good. Not elderly friendly bcos that only staircase to the resturant . Should have lift or wheelchairs excess.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed.
