Overall not a good experience. Cleanliness was not maintained considering such a branded hotel. Toilets were not clean Service was not active and even not available at times They did not hand over my bill

Stay was very comfortable and rooms interior is good on A wing breakfast was yummy and delicious Amenities was filled Swimming pool was on 6th floor and Gym was on 7th floor. Spa is also there on 5th floor. And breakfast on 1st floor. thanks to miss saloni and front office team.

Food is good staff is carrying hospitable behaviour special thanks to Smriti ,surjeet and Munish only one suggestion that one person should visit the guest so that he can take care all the services.Room is spacious and hotel is situated at the prime location.Smriti was very helpful at the Restaurant.

Nitesh is very good & superb serving guy and vasik is excellent captain. Staff is cool and awesome. Must visit! This is great place with calm ambience. People are helpful, caring and serve with respect. Everyone must visit one to experience their hard work.

The best hotel to stay in Lucknow, have visited several times to this hotel, and very impressed by the services, especially all the Front Office Staff members, they make me feel like I’m at home. Would surely recommend this hotel to everyone, food is delicious, rooms are comfortable

The hotel was to good and the room service was also great in the hotel u must go for sumit Kumar for the room service and the all activities are good like swimming or gym and gaming section was also good and the dine area was also great and the room dining is also great form my opinion u must visit there

It’s a good experience with the fellow staff, good ambiance ***** with conference room. Quality of food is to be tasted . Staff from senior level to Shivansh & team was very courteous & cooperative. Conference material type ***** with good location .

We came with our 50 rooms group to Golden Tulip Lucknow, which provided us with good value, excellent services, humble and supportive staff, especially the front office staff, Ms Saloni, Mr Raahim, Mr Chandan, Ms Sadaf, Mr Prem, Mr Ankit, Mr Subodh. Thank you soo much for the great services, will be definitely come back again in future. Very Beautiful rooms, tasty food and good location.
