Currently staying at Cooks Club Corfu. Staff work extremely hard and are very friendly. I cannot fault any aspect of this stay. The hotel is immaculate throughout. Food great, choice of drinks great. I had a deep tissue massage with Marileta and can honestly say it is the best massage I've ever had. I have never visited the same hotel twice, but I will definitely be booking again.

We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of June. Great hotel but definitely not a 5 star! Good location to the airport about €30 each way in a taxi and a bus journey into Cofu town. Food was okay but definitely not the best, wasn’t very hot. Drinks were standard all inclusive, sugary cocktails and classics like pina colada are an extra charge. All food is ordered via an app (which we knew about) and you have to order all drinks from the bar, zero table services which is a shame at ‘5 star’ hotel. The pools were both nice, 1 had music playing which wasn’t too loud and the other was quiet. 2 mornings we struggled to get sun loungers at 9.30am as about 50% had towels placed on them. Management said they would sort this but failed to do anything about it. Again not something you would have an issue with at a proper 5 star hotel. The rooms are nice, only disappointment in the rooms were 2 single beds pushed together when we booked a double bed. Staff and guest services were lacking. Not much interaction and no bell boy service upon arrival (which someone previously mentioned). There’s certainly room for improvement if they want to be a proper 5 star hotel. The aesthetics are great but a few key details are lacking! We had a great 5 nights but won’t be back.

We are just back from our stay at cooks club corfu and wishing we were back. Everything about the resort was worth the money from the food to the premium drink selection. We had no problem with the food selection as there’s always something to eat like a basic pizza or pasta if you’re not feeling any of other options that particular day however the dishes were always piping hot and to a high quality. The bar was a 10/10 from us as it’s the nicest drinks we’ve had on an all inclusive with some different cocktails to try and bar staff always friendly especially Chris, Alex and George. Guest relations were also superb at making sure everything was going well for you and happy to help with any issues or questions during your stay. The smoke grill was our favourite of the two al a carte restaurants where I got a really lovely steak and my partner got a pulled pork meal. Everything about the resort was just the picture of relaxation. The only thing that I would say is the sunloungers are a bit uncomfortable as others say however it wouldn’t put me off coming back. 10/10 from us

Never again! I planned this trip to return to Cooks Club after staying here before and having a pleasant time. Unfortunately on this occasion it was awful from the outset. We arrived at 11pm, the man at the reception was rude and not welcoming. We asked about food given we had been travelling, and he said there are sandwiches. We asked to check which sandwiches were available as we are vegetarian, he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know. When we opened the sandwich there was ham inside, so obviously we could not eat it. We asked again if there was an alternative, he just shrugged and walked off to deal with other guests. This was very rude, so we raised this with customer relations. Their resolve was a fruit platter, and alcohol (except we don't drink alcohol!). So be aware of poor customer services and lack of food options or care for vegetarian guests. Even as part of the all inclusive it becomes quite repetitive. The second thing was the spa, I did not use this the first time, but we did on this occasion. The smell from the steam room was horrible, like sewage. We raised this and the staff said it was normal. We have used many spa's before which had an aromatherapy or relaxing scent, this felt unhygienic. I have tried to raised all of this again with Cooks Club, considering how much we spent on our spa, and the fact we came here a second time. Despite chasing several times, they have not responded. Overall disappointing, and standards have become very basic, with extremely poor customer service and communication.

Lovely hotel with great friendly staff. Great food and drink selection. The hotel is incredibly clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the spa me and my sister had creatan massages with Alexia and Kostas. It's the best massage I've ever had. Thank you!

It's about time I wrote a review seeing as this is our second visit in two years to Cooks Club in Gouvia, Corfu. This hotel always gives us everything we want from a holiday destination...: • SPOTLESSLY CLEAN... Both the rooms and all around the hotel. • WONDERFUL FACILITIES... 2 lovely pools, plenty of sun beds, 3 great bars, 3 great restaurants, a spa, Gym, and a tennis court if you're mad enough to do that in the Greek heat. EVENING ENTERTAINMENT... Every night bar Sunday (1 act), there's two acts to choose from. One at the pool bar and one at the inside bar. Acts range from a DJ set to live singers & musicians. • INCREDIBLE FOOD... Hands down the best all inclusive food I've ever eaten in Europe. In the main restaurant, other than breakfast, there's no madness of queuing up and having to help yourself. At lunch and dinner you order on their app and your dish is brought to you having been freshly prepared. You help yourself to dessert & salads though. A great system in my opinion and one I far prefer to the usual scrum of a canteen style all inclusive. There's also two Al A Carte restaurants where you can order from an all inclusive menu, or pay extra for something else. We tried one and it was delicious. CONS (nothing earth shattering, more constructive criticism)...: • SUN BEDS... Whilst they look great and are in keeping with the style throughout the hotel, they are narf uncomfortable. Some sort of padded topper would solve that problem. • EVENING DJ's... They were great, and banged out some proper tunes, but for us they were just not loud enough and that resulted in people not really getting up for a dance (other than the 'Dance Classics' night, that DJ deffo found the volume switch and people were up throwing shapes). • DRINKS... All the usual suspects are available and thoroughly enjoyable. My only gripe is with the cocktails. They were all sooooooo sweet and to be honest, not that palatable as a consequence. • FOOD (what you actually get)... As I've already said, the food is AMAZING and I can not fault it one bit. Here's my only small suggestion... on the app where you order food, there's only a written description of the dish you're ordering. I think a picture of the dish, or having one pre prepared at each food station that you could see would be a good idea and save food wastage where people order a dish that isn’t what they thought it would be. I personally liked the uncertainty and excitement of not really knowing what was going to be presented, but I saw a fair bit of food go to waste where some people had obviously been served something they wasn't expecting. CONCLUSION... If you want a quality hotel, with quality facilities and delicious food, you really ought not to look any further than Cooks Club. You are guaranteed to get a wonderful break for your hard earned money. There's a big wide world out there, so we will likely try somewhere else in another country next year. However, we absolutely would not hesitat

The price was unbelievably good, as was the quality of the massage and facial. Kostas delivered extremely well, he took his time and was quiet. The ambience was really great and the feel of the spa was lovely. Aria was also so welcoming and kind when I arrived and my aftercare!

Loved this hotel. Hotel has 2 swimming pools one main with music one quiet pool. Food is great, various dishes. Beds in the room are comfortable. Spa is relaxing, spa staff are very friendly, I had a deep tissue massage, would recommend this. Decor of the hotel has a modern feel. Cocktails are delicious. Easy to get to Corfu Town from this hotel for sightseeing and shopping. Entrainment is classy. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very pleasant stay, great selection of food and drink. Rooms very clean and tidy and nothing is too much trouble for the staff to help. Good location and a short bus to the old town. Kostas (Aegeo Spas) provided a fantastic full body deep massage, very relaxing!
