Lovely hotel in Palermo. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Fancy bathroom fixtures and very clean. Good breakfast. Location worked for us. We walked to some sites, used the buses, and taxi when we were tired. Friendly staff are very helpful.

This B&B is accurately portrayed in the website/third party site pictures. We stayed in a deluxe room with balcony which was spacious, lots of storage space, beautiful linens, nice quality and generous toiletries.. the whole facility is immaculately clean and very well maintained. Breakfast is excellent, good coffee! Breakfast is served in two shifts 8:15 am or 9:00 am.. you can choose which you prefer. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Location is easy walking ( 10 minutes) to main areas and very quiet at night. Full grocery store around the corner as well as many restaurant and coffee places. Highly recommend.

It was awesome accommodation with perfect service. I got really detailed touristic information during the check-in and there was a list of recommendable restaurants around the place. (of course, the listed pizzeria was fantastic) It also has a 24 hours operating private garage just across the street, so don't have to worry about the parking at the center of Palermo.

Amazing little gem. Deserves all the rave reviews. Staff is absolutely fantastic. Suite was gorgeous. Lovely lady at check in was very proud of the city and when "briefly explaining" the area, pretty much designed a custom walking itinerary on their map, highlighting all major spots worth seeing. This was excellent and greatly cut down on wasted time. Upon learning that I was departing early in the morning, on my last night, the staff packed a little to go breakfast and left it in my room the night before. Fantastic small touches for a perfect stay. Highly recommended.

lovely small hotel with lots of history plus all the modern conveniences. Easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the sights of Palermo. Comfy bed. Lovely helpful staff.

We had the most wonderful experience at Family Affair, it’s a beautiful hotel with staff that truly cares about their guests. The rooms are nicely appointed with all the amenities you will need for your stay. Breakfast is included and was very nice during our stay. When we arrived for our honeymoon they left us champagne and some snacks which was a pleasant surprise. They scheduled us a airport transfer for our early morning flight and even left us a nice “to go” breakfast for the morning. When ever we come back to Palermo we wouldn’t think of staying any where else. 10/10 highly recommend

We arrived in from Catania at 2:30 (but checkin was kindly accommodated) B&B has a lift, and a hotel like feel - very clean, service excellent and breakfast well organised and well stocked with a range of traditional Sicilian goodies Room was very clean and spacious, air conditioned which was great, really comfy bed and warm sheets (which were great for us as we always put the aircon on to the max) Location was amazing, walk 10-15 mins along via della liberta and you’re in the thick of restaurants, bars and all round good vibes. Nice touch of complimentary water and amaretti and when we checked out, able to leave our bags while we waited for taxi

Situated in a leafy residential area the property is based in a traditional building in a communal stair so you are met with a huge door and step into a little Palermo history. Our room had traditional painted ceilings and tiled floors. Great size & amenities. An easy 15 minute flat amble into the centre. Greeted & looked after brilliantly by Manuella every day, service was fantastic. Loved the room though the air con lacked a little oomph so the bedroom & especially the bathroom were a bit too warm for our Scottish tolerance haha. Great breakfast. Very very good value for money! Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for 2 days while in Palermo. This place is a gem. It’s close to the hot spots. We walked all over. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The place is in a quieter part of Palermo and we opened the balcony doors and had a nice breeze in the room. The rooms all have their own bathroom and air conditioner unit. The breakfast was nice, and because we were leaving super early they created a little take away breakfast for us. It was really kind and thoughtful of them to ensure we had something for breakfast. I would highly recommended this place. The staff were all amazing and nice. A Greta face for Palermo tourism
