The hotel was perfectly located in the centre of the city. The hotel property and room were clean and well organized. The breakfast in the morning was great. The staff was friendly and they helped us with dinner recommendations and calling a taxi for transportation to the airport. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and we would choose to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and comfy room at the back which was very quiet (we’d heard some rooms could pick up a lot of street noise). The hotel is well situated in the centre of Palermo, easy to get to from the airport bus and perfect for exploring, everything was reachable on foot. Staff were lovely and quick to help when asked. Breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay here again should we come back to Palermo.

Our experience was amazing! The hotel was located in the heart of the old city and was within walking distance of all major sites. The room and hotel were in mint condition and everything worked. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and staff was excellent!

Great location with nice dining nearby, pleasant air conditioning, hotel arranged for a car to the airport the next day, very accommodating staff.

The staff was so helpful and caring. They helped make arrangements for transportation and have us directions and suggestions. The air conditioning was powerful, the location was great, and the breakfast options were very good. There is a very lively nightlife out there, and they did give us earplugs, but the double paned windows kept most of the sound out and we slept great. I would stay here again.

This hotel is so close to shopping, a walk to the sea, restaurants, sightseeing, & guided tours. Staff was so helpful booking restaurants and walking sightseeing tour. Staff also helped one in our party find gluten free restaurants. Just so helpful! The city is just beautiful! It’s a lively night life just steps away!
