My son was getting married. They blocked off pretty much the whole hotel. The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was good but could have used a better variety. The espresso machine in the room was great. We had a full kitchen but did not utilized it as the food elsewhere was awesome and right outside our hotel doors. The room was perfect. The shuttle to and from the airport for a fee was not consistent with price from one guest to another not sure why. We only used it when arriving. Would we stay here again.... You bet we would they made my son and daughter-in-laws wedding a complete joy and success. Thank you Ivan and staff

We stayed here 3 nights. The apartment is very central but in a quiet street with little traffic. There is no reception. You get a message on the day of arrival on how to access. Appartment is good size and very clean. There is a coffee machine but no kettle. Continental Breakfast is delivered to your room. Good modern bathroom

It was a nice visit but the staff was a little difficult and did not communicate well. Switched our accomodations but that was partly him, *******, and us.

Différence between photos and reality : I think there wasn't any maintain since 2018 (except cleaning of course) The heater doesn't work well (we were heating it at 32 degres ...) If you want to have hot shower, you will have to get up early or to be lucky Be careful, cleaning is not included and you ll be charge at the end : "new price" said Ivan To park, it's in the street And after that, good luck to find the entrance ! To be fair, have to say that breakfast was ok.

The room I was given in this aparthotel was a good size and reasonable furnishings. However the atmosphere inside the room is very depressing. It has no natural light as the window opens into the next building which is very close. The room has no good ventilation and there is a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. The bathroom was clean but had old tattered tiles inside the shower cabin and the smell coming out of the drain was unbearable. Overall entering the room felt like entering a prison cell. I was unable to sleep at night because of the poor ventilation and smell. In the end, half way through my stay, I decided to pay for a different accommodation. The reception staff was present on site only a limited time during the day. As most of my stay was at the weekend there was no one on site to attend the guests. The manager said that he would look into a refund but this has never materialised. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The other rooms might be better but be aware that you may get this one and ruin your holiday.

great rental in great location.

Posto terribile,la notte sgorga acqua ovunque a causa di non so cosa e non permette di dormire,stanza 110/106 o altre non cambia é stato un soggiorno catastrofico tanto che il proprietario ci ha subito detto che ci avrebbe fatto un rimborso immediato,scambio di dati,siamo partiti per tornare a casa,passata una settimana il bugiardo non risponde più ai messaggi e tantomeno alle chiamate. Prima di prenotare valutate bene e questo posto non lo prendete in considerazione perché non c'è serietà e tranquillità.

très bonnes prestations. Hôte super Localisation pratique: 20 mins à pied du centre-ville Proximité de bons restaurants (fréquentés par les locaux) Seul bémol, le parking, les rues autour c’est compliqué ! Principale galère à Palerme!

Fine settimana lungo in coppia, camera moderna e funzionale, bagno con doccia molto grande e acqua calda costante e abbondante. Meno funzionali i sanitari ma non problematici. La zona è tranquilla e sono presenti numerosi ristoranti per tutti i gusti e prezzi . Ivan e tutto lo staff sono stati accoglienti e disponibili . Pulizia buoona e colazione di nostro gradimento.
