房間裏沒有水，沒有拖鞋，早上起來還在沒有起床的情況下被人開了門，隔音非常差，旁邊開門關門都可以聽得見。房間裏沒有被子，衹有毛毯和被單兒，晚上睡覺超級冷。位置還算是很方便

Pros: hotel is well positioned to explore major tourist attractions by foot; my room was large, bed was comfortable enough; wi-fi worked well; breakfast was very good. Cons: air conditioning was very noisy and little effective; air conditioning was turned automatically off whenever I left the room, so on return it was stifling hot; insulation from outside noise was poor, and insulation from nearby rooms was poor, too. All in all: this hotel hardly deserves the four stars, it's more like an average three stars.

Couldn't fault Palermo Cristal. Very central to The Historic District where a lot of tourist attractions are. Plenty of restaurants & cafe's near by. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast good, lots of choice. The room was clean and wifi was not a problem. Would definitely stay again. James & Linda

This hotel is well located in the old town. However it is modern internally. Comfortable. The provide a kettle in rooms, always a plus, but provide only paper cups. Only 2 small lifts and these are sometimes used by service staff as well as residents: insufficient The breakfast offering was extensive including lovely fresh ricotta, fruit and DIY cannoli. We had a delightful stay at the Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal during our visit to Palermo. All the front office and service staff were exceptionally receptive and cordial, always eager to help us in every aspect and treating us like family. The hotel was also generous enough to provide us with an early check-in, which was helpful after our long haul journey from India. Our room could comfortably accommodate our family of three and was kept neat and tidy. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of items with more of an English than Italian flair. Located in a prime spot, the hotel made commuting to various places easy, with plenty of local food and shopping options nearby. Additionally, the hotel has a group of trusted drivers available for airport transfers and local travel assistance. As we were checking out early in the morning to return to our home country, the front desk staff touched our hearts by offering to pack our breakfast in a special box. Than you very much, Ibis Styles Palermo Cristal; we would definitely come again if we return to Palermo.
