I think the Operators might mention that rooms are on the second and third floors and that there is no elevator.

Nice, fresh and clean rooms based in perfect localization, few minutes from central train station. Tasty breakfast, kind and nice stuff, lovely atmosphere. Excellent price-quality ratio! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a room in such a beautiful city as Palermo is.

I booked to stay one night on 13th of April. I received a message from the owner saying what time will we arrive, and assured me he will be there to hand the key. When we arrived at 5.30 pm the door was locked, we rang the bell few times without an answer, I called the property without an answer as well. So after 20 minutes we left the property and try to arrange a different place. That’s very unprofessional and thinking how they are still in business with this behaviour!!!

Excellent location for a pied-à-terre in historic Palermo. Get the real immersive experience in the excitement that is the hustle and bustle of all that is best about Palermo. Walk to almost everything. At the end of the day relax in newly renovated contemporary and cheerful surroundings. Wonderful breakfasts, gracious hostess. This is the place to stay!

Beauruful bnb in the heart of palermo

Non era la prima volta Palermo ma in questo B&B si. Arrivati impatto un po' forte visto il quartiere (vicinissimo il mercato di Ballarò)...entrati però piacevolmente sorpreso: praticamente rimesso a nuovo,pulitissimo,camere splendide tutte dotate di climatizzatore e bagno in camera. Al mattino svegliati dal profumo di dolci e caffè preparati dalla simpaticissima Ramona (colazione ottima ed abbondante). Da 1 a10 direi senza alcuna perplesità 9. Lo consiglierei?...Ovviamente si, non solo...sicuramente al mio ritorno nella splendida Palermo sarà il mio B&B. Complimenti a tutto lo staff Eugenio & company.

Apparte i problemi per farci entrare, nessuno rispondeva al portone o al telefono, (ore 21 pm in un quartiere assai poco piacevole ) . Abbiamo trovato una stanza per "puffi " talmente bassa che sicuramente non aveva l agibilità. Non riuscivo ad alzar le braccia per togliere la maglia . Condizionatore da far pulire i filtri , ogni volta che si accendeva puzzava di muffa . Colazione veramente misera. Per non dire la doccia senza un piano per appoggiar i prodotti Prezzo assolutamente troppo alto per quello che offre. Vista orrenda Veramente osceno ! MAI PIÙ ! ALTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO

Von aussen kann man kaum erahnen, wie nett die Pension innen ist. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und trotzdem urig. Wir durften uns sogar mittags aus dem Kühlschrank bedienen und Kaffee machen. Uns wurde empfohlen, das Auto am Parkplatz beim Busbahnhof stehen zu lassen, ca 900 Meter entfernt. Dieser ist sehr günstig. Die Pension liegt sehr zentral, es gibt ein paar kleine Läden um die Ecke, wo man auch zB etwas zum Trinken kaufen kann. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass die Zimmertüren recht hellhörig sind. Aber sonst jederzeit gerne wieder
