Good hotel, very close to Chennai airport. Decent rooms and good customer service. Nothing to complain about. Had a chat with the owner, decent guy and gave us a discount as well. Gave us good recommendations for restaurants and general tourist places to visit in and around the city.

Stayed here for two days in mars classic hotel Had a very pleasant stay.. The hotel was neat and tidy with very courteous staffs they were prompt and responding incase we needed help . Rooms were very comfortable either I would highly recommend this hotel!!!

I only stayed for one night. it was okay for that but longer duration might be problematic because the sink didn't drain properly. but the manager provided cab when their shuttle was not available. so that's a good point.

Hotel is okay for the amount charged. But needs much improvement in terms of dusting, walls seepage. People are good, providing information. But services weren't there to provide. Overall for 1 or 2 days stay for any work nearby airport, you can prefer this hotel.

The room was not clean i asked the reception staff to do some room spray. Room service was not available. Not satisfied

Worst possible experience one can think of. The room had a dead lizard under the bed, it's carcass still not cleaned. Quality of linen was poor& dirty. The mattress of the bed was too bad, taking away the whole night sleep of me & my family. When requested for hot water, the attendants bluffed that they have switched it on, but there was no hot water in the tap for the next 30 mins. Pls stay away from such hotels which are a sham in the name of it. I strongly suggest mm t to deregister such third rate hotels from its platform

Recently i stayed at hotel mars in pallavaram, chennai was not a neat room. I thought it was a better room set up. But not. Worst stay. No amenities provided. I even asked for a room fresher to avoid the smell in room they didn't deliver. There is a hole on the celling of rest room. It was night so i not able to check in another hotel
