乾淨整潔，早餐豐富

Our room had a terrible odor and the dirty lines and trash were not removed after previous guests. The property is very run down and the paint is chipping. The pool area was dirty and messy with tree debris and trash. We were very disappointed overall.

When we first arrived to the hotel lobby it was clean and staff was friendly. I wish I can say the same for the room. It looked dirty and felt gross, lamp was broken, light fixtures were out, sofa bed looked dirty looking, carpet was torn in certain areas of the room.The bathroom was awfully small, no room. We had a leak coming from the ceiling that damaged my belongings and didn't find it until I got back from the pool. Front desk had maintenance come take a look while I was out but I felt uncomfortable with that as I have children going in & out of the room due to no bathrooms at the pool, that to was inconvenience if you have to go. You'll have to walk back to your room and depending where your lroom is located its a bit of a walk. Maintenance guy also left his ladder in our room. This is still all in the first night. So my kids are asleep, my husband and I are getting ready for bed and we hear a gush of water coming down. It was the same leak I complained on. By this time it was past midnight. Im extremely disappointed in the stay. We were moved into another room. This vacation was not what my family and I hoped for or expected. I did speak with a staff member who was going to refund for one stay. But that has yet to happen. I will file a complaint against the hotel. Very unpleasant stay.

Too many rude people… I think they can do better with customers service. Also very nosing ( loud ) and beds are too firm. What kind of embassy suites was this one. I always enjoy embassy suites… l think they are following apart.. someone doesn’t want to put money into hotels very sad

You can tell the hotel is old. It needs a lot of improvements. Limited food at the resort is a big disservice. You are forced to leave that’s money that could have gone back into the hotel. We have stayed here numerous times. We will not be going back.

the rooms are big and bed was comfortable. the room had a weird smell like cigarettes but with like a moldy smell to it at times would come and go. made it hard to fall asleep. free happy hour... wasnt able to enjoy it had dinner reservations at 6 so had to leave before it started and ended early 730..

I won’t be stay here again. It is really old. No free wifi. The photos looked like clean and good. But it isn’t.

Hotel staff was great and made up for the outdated rooms. Also the breakfast was amazing so I would definitely stay here again.
