I went with my wife and kids and we had a great time overall, but our last day changed everything. we were in the adult pool and a woman started offering sexual encounters with some men in the pool, she even went so far and started sexual touching a man’s inside the pool area with my kids around. We left immediately when we saw this. This was around 2 pm. It definitely ruined our impression of the place because my kids noticed, very uncomfortable situation

The property was close to everything we wanted to see. The only issue was they did not mention that the golf course was closed for 3 weeks do to reseeding. That was the main reason we stayed there was to golf.

Stayed in the villages, 1200 bldg. Clean, well maintained property and rooms. A little noisy with the fans in the room and thin walls, we could hear the neighbors talking late. Rooms are a little dated but they are renovating the property now so I’m sure they will be updated. End of September is the best time to come- kids are back in school so it’s not super packed with kids, still inexpensive, weather isn’t as hot as July/August. October brings the snow birds and prices double.

A very family friendly place. Tailored if you have kids. There are multiple activities for kids to enjoy and keep busy. Went with relatives. Check in was a breeze. Not the best if you are a couple with no kids.

The suites are great, the amenities like the pools were excellent, the reason I gave a 4 overall is the thin walls between units. We easily heard our neighbours all through the day. It was disappointing.

Great Resort- Perfect for Family - Lots of entertainment- Pools are great - All employees are friendly and helpful- this is my third year in a row coming with the family and we always have a great experience.

This used to be our favorite Palm Desert resort however over the past few years, it has gone downhill. The customer service is not as good as it used to be. The property is overrun with bugs, we were there for a week and could not go on our deck as there were bees everywhere. The first time we walked out, we were swarmed with them, so we had to avoid the patio the entire trip, which was a huge bummer because that is generally our favorite place to hang out. The front desk didn’t seem to care whatsoever and maintenance said a third party company handles landscaping so it wouldn’t be resolved during our stay. Also in general things in our room were old and broken, like the ice machine, door lock, etc. The pool area has also changed a lot, as they allow people to throw hard balls around in the pool and hit others, this happened to our group multiple times.

The service at check-in was polite and made me feel very comfortable. All patios faced the golf course, and the views were beautiful.
