Room is hot Not worth the money crazy price for a room with no refrigerator tried to call ******* got a robot Very displeased with this room glad it’s only for one night

The room was clean. However, the lavatory faucet, showerhead and kitchenette faucet were so clogged with what we presumed to be lime that water barely came out. Showerhead was not tight on the shower arm and had to screw back on and still the water pressure was extremely poor. Shower situation was not noticed until the next morning (stayed only one night) when we were getting ready to leave so room request change was not an option. Staff is very professional and polite during both check in and check out. Notified the front desk of the issue upon checkout. Did not ask for any type of reimbursement, however they removed the resort fee charge. Many of the suites are resident-owned so you may or may not have one that is as pictured on the website. This unit was partially updated and the photo shown when making the reservation was not a true representation of the room.

We did not stay here to play golf or tennis so I can't comment about that. This is a very big place with lots of big trees. The room was outdated, the bathroom is tiny. One of the bedside table lamps did not work and the water bottles were $3.00. There was maid service with extra towels but no extra shampoo/conditioner. It was very quiet. We ate at both restaurants, the food at the pub was very good but the cost for drinks at this resort is ridiculous. $19 to $20 per glass for a glass of average wine.

We were staying for a week at another hotel in the area, and decided to change hotels at the last minute. We were concerned about the recent poor reviews, but we saw nothing like that. The room was amazing, clean, modern and spacious. Although one of the main restaurants was under renovation, we found the service and food at the Ospry Grill to be excellent. We don't golf, so we spent a perfect day relaxing at the Loch Ness pool and spa.

Old and needs updating. Room keys needed to be replaced several times on the trip and check-in is far away- what a pain. The tv didn't work nor did some lighting, and the tub wouldn't drain. Had to get maintenance to come. Also, there are no elevators in any of the buildings. Beds were not comfortable. Old carpet and bathrooms.

The room and building are older. Toilet needed plunged, tv and lamp didn't work and needed someone to fix, had to get new keys made several times as they de activiated (not near my phone, keys, or wallet)- this seemed to happen to several people on property. Starbucks had all their machines not working so couldn't get coffee except in dining room. No elevators in any buildings.

Beautiful place, especially considering the age. However, it is so spread out, that accessing the main building is inconvenient.

Our second time staying and haven’t been disappointed at all . Our grandson plays college golf and we were there with his team from Ky supporting them . It’s very convenient to everything , our room has been nice , clean and quiet . Everyone is so polite from check in to Pro shop . Our room overlooks the Copperhead golf course and it’s beautiful . Will stay there anytime we are in that area .

The amenities needed were present on the property. Pool was nice, bar/restaurant on site. Bedding/comforter was tinged brown at the top from use. Kind of gross.
