We have stayed here many times before over the years but this stay was by far the best and most memorable. It was my mom’s 70th birthday and she enjoyed her weekend here very much! The staff was wonderful thanks Renaldo for taking care of us at the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and everyone else was courteous and helpful.

It wasn't what it should have been for what we paid.

Told we would get a first floor room and we were put on the second floor also bed made a loud popping sound every time you moved

Las Brisas as a motel located in the heart of Palm Springs. While maintaining an early California vibe, the lobby area and bar are very clean and on trend. The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. This hotel is a great value. Not luxury, but a fun experience!

There was a lot of noise outside the room.

We found our room to be noisy. Not just noise from outside which we heard from garbage trucks and the bars next to the hotel but we could hear everyone in the room next to us so the walls are thin. We had adjourning room and that didn’t help with acoustics. The pool area with hot tub was nice and we mostly had it to ourselves. All the flowers and aesthetics were well kept and the pool bar was good and had good food. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each day. The hotel is close to the main drag so walking there was easy. I also liked that you can’t rent bikes for 3 hours for only $10.

Big and clean room

Room was next to loud bar. Kept being woken up by loud patrons and crashing of bottles being thrown in trash cans. The hotel rooms are very poorly sound insulated. The bed sank in the middle making it uncomfortable. The property its self is pretty and close to downtown.

It was okay but left a lot to be desired. No walk in shower. The stucco was dirty. The outdoor carpet was awful. It was very noisy. Location was great but didn't make up for everything else. Wouldn't stay here again.

The upkeep on this hotel was very clean and presentable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Beds were cozy and the property altogether had a great look, it had a great Spanish style vibe. I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the location and staff. Spacious room, parking and breakfast included... wonderful.

Nice hotel, but the location was the best part. Downtown Palm Springs was loaded with restaurants that were only a short walk in any direction from the hotel. Looked like a nice pool and hot tub although we did not use them. Staff was helpful. We left an item in our room and a staff member made sure that we could easily arrange to have it sent home to us. Only suggestion was to have cleaning wipes available at breakfast so we could clean our table when finished - people were coming and going so much that staff did not have the opportunity to wipe down the tables in between guests. Dish bins should have been more visible since many people did not clear their tables at all.
