The property was old and quite rundown. The website made the property look much nicer than it was. Lighting and outlets didn't work, the back patio on the second floor of our room wasn't structurally sound to step out onto, the bathroom was tiny and had minimal lighting with no fan, the shower was dingy and dark, the hot water took a long time to get hot and ran at a trickle, the carpets were filthy, and the TV was quite small for the room. We were so disappointed that we stayed only one night, refused to use the shower, and canceled the balance of our week-long stay to transfer to another location. I would not recommend this location. The only positive thing I have to say is that the front desk staff was very friendly and the on-site restaurant, Rick's Restaurant, was fabulous. I would eat there again; friendly, welcoming, fast service, and great food!

Rooms needs some improvement. Bathroom has some hairs in it (sink). Base board needs refinishing. Hot water issues with our rooms.

This room was only average. It was clean, but the bathroom had.a weird configeration. It was a connecting room and you can hear your neighbors. The water backed up in the shower to your ankle slow draining. They didnt have enough coffee for two people. Its a goid thing i brought my own coffee. No plastic spoons and I had to ask for more shampoo, soap and kleenex. The dispenser wasnt refilled. Not really worth the price in my opinion.

!. the water stayed hot, once you turned on the hot water and it got hot right in the middle of our shower the water got cold, all through the shower hot and cold.

Great staff, the pool was very nice, the yard (garden) was beautiful. But the room has a very strong smell of cleaner fragrance, the sofa was missing.

Outer doors from hallways to parking lots were very hard to open. I'm somewhat handicapped but never needed help for accessing doors. There is a very steep pathway to enter or exit building. It has a sign pointing to ACCESSIBLE walkway. This accessible path is almost identical to the steep pathway. I doubt this facility is ADA compliant. Room was big, very clean. Hot tub was nice.

It is inexpensive for our family trip except that you have to pay for your breakfast. The wall is too thin that I was awakened by the laughters from next door at 4 AM.

An OK hotel that needs updating. Worked for my needs, but would choose another location in the future. Asked for extra towels and toilet paper from several employees at the front desk and from the housekeeping staff. Never happened. The outside pool and walk areas are beautiful.
