L3 オアシス ホテル(L3 Oasis Hotel)

Stayed here with my child on our way home from LA and loved this property. Sometimes with smaller/lesser known hotels, I'm not optimistic of how the pictures match up to the actual property and how clean they will be. Our room was immaculate, the beds are quite comfy and the pool area is very clean and well maintained. It's also centrally located and the staff was very professional and kind. I will absolutely be back. Hopefully for a longer stay next time!

The room was very clean and plenty of space. Staff was awesome very friendly. I will be returning on next visit possibly in the summer.

Room is very nice hut bathroom is disappointing. Hair on the floor, tub noticeably dirty with more hair on the tiles, and a broken drain plug... Hot tub was very nice!

Vanessa at check in was super lovely! Thank you for all the recommendations and for having us stay at your lovely property! We loved the late night pool/ hot tub hours and were able to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings every evening after a busy day of hiking. We’ll certainly be back!

Good budget hotel a mile or so from downtown Palm Springs. The shower didn’t really get hot and the beds are not really super comfy but it’s a budget hotel.

The staffs are very friendly and responsive. The location is convenient and I feel safe staying here. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay within a month, and it is perfect. The rooms are clean and nicely sized, and the staff is very friendly. Not to mention it is close enough to downtown without having to deal with being in downtown.

At best, this was a very mediocre motel trying to look fancy. The room was your average motel room with a mini fridge. There was no phone, microwave, or coffee maker, or elevator. The cleanliness was also very questionable: there was an old scrunched up plastic cup underneath our air conditioner, a long hair strand folded up in the towels in our bathroom, and the floor on one side of the bed was sticky. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby which could be quite a trek away, and was only available from 7:30 AM until 11 PM. The lobby was closed during those hours and staff was supposedly available if you needed anything outside of those hours but I tried calling numerous times in the morning and never had my call answered. There was a pool which I never visited and a gym room with a few machines but no towels or water. The worst part of our stay was that the room we got was facing a busy street and you could hear traffic noise all night long. I definitely would NOT recommend this place. I have been traveling quite a bit during this month and stayed in different hotels as well as Airbnb‘s. This place was severely lacking in comparison to any of those.

Will definitely return. Cleanliness is most important to me and this hotel did not disappoint. Stayed 1 night in a clean/quiet room. The mattress was very comfortable. Check-in and check-out staff were professional, helpful and there was plenty of parking. It would have been nice to be closer to Downtown Palm Springs, however besides that, this is a great place to stay.
