Great property with nice modern room design. Pool and bar onsite are fantastic, and perfect for the sunny vacation atmosphere. Check in was difficult though because we received no prior. instructions about using the App they require

What a wonderful little hotel! It has everything you need and want for a relaxing stay. Love the detail in the rooms like having a wine key!!! Honestly can’t wait to come back.

The Cole is a very pleasant place to stay. The staff is great. Special kudos to Michael for helping with a minor power problem to Norma in housekeeping for her great care.

The property was well kept and check in-out was easy. Only suggesting would be Coffee in the room. The pods that were there were used. We will be back!

I like the Sonder hotels because they modernize older facilities and are in good locations. The Coke is within walking of all Palm Springs activities I was interested in.

Private, clean, beautiful views of mountains , rooms clean, restaurant, bar, pool definitely will come back telling friends and family.

This property is a self check-in (no front desk) with keypads on all doors. You can also use your phone for faster entrance which is convenient. Not sure why we paid for parking when there is a good size parking lot behind the hotel. We were an hour early and can see our bedroom was ready but could not check in. However, there is also a luggage closet that is available if you need it. The most annoying thing was being able to hear the people upstairs just walking around and sounding like they were moving things. It sounds like stomping which I’m sure they weren’t but that’s what we initially thought. Other than that, everything else was nice in our room. We have a good size mini fridge, microwave, & sink (but smells from the drain). The pool and jacuzzi area was clean and the esthetics were nice for photos.
