GetAways at Palm Springs Tennis Club

This was perfect for our family. Walkable to town and beautiful hiking. Old world/old Hollywood charm. Nice staff. Mellow vibe.

Although they claimed that it was *******'s fault, my two-day reservation was forced into two one-night stays. We were made to change rooms less than 24 hours after arriving. The inconvenience and the hassle of moving rooms ruined our stay there. We could not unpack since we would be moving just after waking up having been out very late for New Year's. I begged them not to do this to us. They said it was not their fault that they were completely booked and it was *******'s fault but we were never told. If I had been told when I was making my reservation through ******* that we would have to change rooms because they were filled, I would have found another place to stay. The check-in desk at the Tennis Club was telling me that was the reason that I should book directly with the hotel and not a 3rd party service like ******* because the hotel could correct the mistake, but ******* couldn't. I offered to upgrade I tried everything to get them to let us stay in the room for the 2 days but they kept claiming there was nothing they could do. When they called us to tell us what our new room number was, I asked them instead of moving us why couldn't they put the other people in the room that they were sending us to. I was told that it was because we were in the room of the owners and they were there. They kept saying it was *******'s fault. Someone made a big mistake and ruined my trip.

It was our first time staying here and overall it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was very nice and check in was quick and easy. We really liked how calm and quiet it was. The room was great, it was very clean and super spacious ( 1 bedroom suite ) we liked how they provided postcards with the hotel on it, it was a cute little touch. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel was excellent, service was wonderful, and very clean. Great views, decor from Old Hollywood, and quite historical for the area! The only thing that made it average was the AC wall unit. I was in Palm Springs on a 104 weekend. You feel it’s necessary to run the AC in that kind of weather ….. but the unit was LOUD. So loud in fact that I could not sleep throughout the night. This weekend, I chose heat over noise.

Friendly staff,very clean rooms and the best part it was so quiet at night time.my family and i had a great time and i would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family members.

Good stay but no service of any sort - bed turn down - water in the fridge - coffee refills. Then had no water for a day. No recompense - water - snack - anything. Very odd.

Great accommodations, nicely renovated unit. Pool was excellent. Spencer's restaurant is top shelf. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Plenty of covered and secure parking.

Excellent location, quiet. Simple to walk into downtown Palm Springs.

Check out is 10AM! Way too early will not stay again even though I love the area and property. A race to get out the door in the morning is a miss. ******* website said 11am checkout! Hello?
