Globales Palmanova

Second time We have been at this Hotel and found it was mostly satisfactory The Good things were the staff who always had a smile and were very efficient.The Cleaning of the bedrooms were superb. Pool area good and Pool bar and snack area good The food in the main Restaurant was mainly good especially the breakfast but the Dinner and Lunch Did not reach a great standard at times in my opinion. It would help if some labels would also state the English Translation Full compliments to the Chef for the Sweets variation but some of the meat dishes were not too a lot of people's likes Entertainment was good and well planned One question is if you wished to have a. Quiet time in the Bar Lounge /entertainment area in the day you had to bring your drink from the pool bar which was inconvenient as the main bar area did not open until 1830 The last item is the Internet is not great as I had to use my network very often but overall Hotel Palmanova thank you for a great 10 Days Holiday See you again

We booked this hotel as it seemed a bargain all inclusive price and was the same price as some b&b hotels in the area . So we wasn’t expecting much and planned to use it as a base with breakfast and a few drinks around the pool if needed . We were pleasantly surprised as it was very clean . Drinks were ok as in cocktails and beers . Our room had a good view and also had a little fridge to keep our drinks and water chilled . The cleaners came in everyday if you put the sign on the door and changed towels if you put them on the floor in shower . Our bed was changed 3 times during the week . The only thing that wasn’t really cleaned were the floors which wasn’t the end of the world . We only ate breakfast and popped in to lunch twice during our stay and the food was very good and always something nice to eat . We never ended up eating dinner as we went out on the evening for food and drinks so cannot comment on that . We also never saw any entertainment so cannot comment on that . Lifts could get a bit of a wait at busy periods but not enough to complain over . All staff were very polite friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotlessly clean around pool and dining areas etc Location is great just behind the adventure golf on the front . Only small negatives for me were The snack bar .. birds were landing on food and pecking away at pizza etc . This could easily be covered and rectified and did put you off eating anything from there . Also the walls in rooms are very thin . When I read this in reviews beforehand I did think people maybe over reacting but I could literally hear the people speaking snoring everything in the rooms next door more than I ever have in any hotel I have stayed in . All in all we had a great stay at a great price and would stay again if visiting the area also would recommend for a great value all inclusive .

Had a lovely week here. Hotel was very clean and fresh. Staff all pleasant. Peter from entertainment is quite a character, great laughs with him. Our room was ideal for what you need on holiday. Pool bar can get busy but serves everything from water to cocktails. Snack bar well stocked for lunchtime food. Only gripe was at night in the lounge bar when people are trying to carry drinks and staff have trays loaded with glasses, kids were running riot around. I know kids are kids but there was glass everywhere at one point. All in all loved it and will be back

We have visited this hotel before and enjoyed our stay this time it was earlier in the season so the cold pool and no air con was to be expected Food is ok seemed better at lunch time than in the evening Drinks are good The only issues I have are the birds landing on the buffet food in the pool area and eating it, surely it’s not that hard to change it to one with a glass door to stop this happening as it’s extremely unhygienic And the food there is ok but once you see what the birds are doing it puts you off eating it !!! Other than that this is a ok hotel

had an absolute amazing time here. read a few bad reviews before going, and was a bit worried. but cannot fault the hotel. friendly staff very clean hotel, water in the pool was a little cold but who cares. food was ok, was fresh. will defo return with my children!! cannot wait.

This was our first experience of an ' all inclusive ' holiday. We travel a lot and always book our flights and accommodation independently. I was a bit sceptical about going all inclusive, however I am pleased to say we had a relaxing and enjoyable time at the ' Globales Palmanova Hotel'. From check in to the waiting , bar and cleaning staff we were made to feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily. We paid for the VIP area which was nice,although as we were out exploring everyday we did not use it very much. We found the food was good with a wide variety to suit all tastes. I noticed some reviewers said it was the same everyday. I did not experience that. If I had to pick a negative it would be the long wait for the lift, as they are very small, but that is a minor thing and certainly would not stop me from returning to the Globales Palmanova Hotel. To sum up. We had a great relaxing break and I highly recommend this hotel if you plan on visiting Majorca. One final thing. The beach and shops, restaurants and the bus stop are all less than a 5 minute walk away.

Leaving today , lovely hotel modern and spotless . Pay extra for the sea view it’s worth it . Foods ok breakfast is definitely the best meal of the day but there’s always something to eat . The staff are friendly and helpful but the star of the whole hotel is Peter from the animation team he’s wonderful and works very hard . Close to shops and bars we’d definitely return if we came back to Majorca .

Wasn’t sure what to expect but the hotel is nice and clean but there is a terrible smell in reception and the entrance of the restaurant (sewer smell) also the seagulls outside watch your food as one decided to swoop down and take my friends sausage haha and they also like to take a dip in the pool. Good was nice we did eat out now and again for a change. There was 3 of us in one room with 2 cups and one toilet roll which made no sense and we had to ask for more toilet rolls and a cup the rooms were so warm but they wouldn’t switch the AC on as we asked there answer was it was there winter but it’s not for us and what happened to the customer is always right. The hotel is in a nice location and I wish they told you to use the back gate as it takes you straight bro the front instead walking long way round all in all okay stay but wouldn’t stay again. Also reception staff were miserable but the restaurant staff were lovely.

We have loved this holiday. After reading negative reviews beforehand, we were a bit worried. Don't be. Yes, there are tokens for the pool bar drinks, not a big deal, saves there been glasses left everywhere and keeps the area tidy. Hotel is very clean. Staff all lovely with us and the children. Entertainment team work really hard to keep everyone occupied. We were here over Easter and the staff did an egg hunt and craft activities with the children. Food can get a little samey, but is lovely and plentiful. Pool bar also good for children especially with pizzas, chips, hot dogs etc open until 6pm. Our room was great. Pool view, first floor and cleaned daily. We will definitely return, looking to book for next year.
