Lovely hotel! Pretty clean with everything u need. There is 10 aud parking per night with direct access to the apartment, else road side parking is available for free but not so convenient.

Best thing is next to Palmerston interchange. Thats it.

I’ve stayed here a number of times and been more than happy. This trip wasn’t so good and I’m glad I had only one night. The two single beds pushed together both had big dips in them so it was horrible. It wasn’t noticeable till I laid down. Could not roll over or get comfortable. Both need updating. The room (102A) had a balcony with the back of a big sign board for a view. Finally the aircon wasn’t working. I had the temp as low as possible and it still wasn’t cold, maybe just slightly cooler than outside, and the fan made a horrible wherring noise when on full speed. Like I said, I’ve been happy here before but not this time.

It is a Nice place to stay 20 minutes away from everything u would want to do like waterfall markets, crocodile parks and list goes on. Our second visit here and will be back again in the future see you then.

It was absolutely amazing because I was able to pay $25 more for my dog to stay with me and everything was was just wonderful. I loved how friendly the staff were and really helpful to me and my family.Thank you guys

The bathroom needed a walk in shower, pillows were uncomfortable and the noise from the street at night made sleeping difficult. However the staff were helpful, the pool was refreshing and the secure car park was reassuring. We only stayed here because it was close to family but would not stay here again.

Apartment was clean and well appointed . Location was good, close to shops and cafes/restaurants. Parking available, free in open car park but limited spots. Underground secure parking at a cost if $10 a day. Needed to have shower head replaced as it kept falling off ,notifed reception fixed that day. Drier In room going into fault mode, had to use guest laundry downstairs, as not able to get service personnel to fix during stay. Housekeeping were friendly but there didn't seem to be a set time or it changed daily. Overall happy with room and service.

Currently staying. We have stayed in many different hotels in past , so far this is the most comfortable place for our family. Housekeeping is wonderful , I appreciate their work. Very comfortable beds , nice and clean. Thank you

Stayed here for nine nights and overall is was good. The staff are ok not overly helpful, but acceptable. The location is good, within working distance of shops,bars and restaurant. If I had the choice I would prefer to stay in Darwin.
