À la hauteur de nos exigences...

Hotel lobby is nice, check-in was fast, valet parking service is great, breakfast was amazing, but… the rooms were terrible! Hotel pictures on the web site don’t match the real rooms at all! Rooms are small, tired and cheap-equipped, not soundproof, everything is in bad condition and need repairing. Actually the hotel is 3* max, maybe less. Overpriced. Will not stay there again.

I was upgraded to a better room at no cost. The attendant in the evening was helpful and provided me with a map and the places where to eat the best pintxos

Great location, close to the scene but on a calm plaza. I splashed for an especial which was well worth the charge. Spacious, balcony, corner with great views, quiet and classy. Shower hot and strong. Wifi fine. Rates four stars well...or more.

I've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it every time. It is a clean, comfortable hotel, that is very, very close to the wonderful historical center of the city. A nice stroll from the hotel will bring you to the beautiful center. Even in rainy times, the city is very charming. Just make sure you have comfortable and safe shows because cobble stones can be slippery when wet. The bathrooms are bigger than average (for European hotels), the staff is very friendly and helpful, parking, while not free, is available and gated, and the buffet breakfast is quite good. We really enjoyed our visit.

The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff were very helpful. We were provided with exceptional rooms and our car was parked for us. Because we had travelled all day and were very tired and accompanied by my wifes 94 year old disabled mother we were expecting to dine in the hotel restaurant but it was closed It was a little disappointing that ********** described the hotel as having a restaurant which it did but not open. More clarity is needed at the time of booking. Nevertheless the hotel booked my wife and I an excellent restaurant and provided a cab to it on this very wet evening. Very well situated Hôtel. A quiet corner but in very easy reach of the city centre (2 minutes walk). Hotel parking (at additional cost) was very convenient and very easy. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Room lacked coffee making facilities, bathrobes and a decent hairdryer and mini bar was empty so no bottled water. Apart from that it was very comfortable and quiet.

Great location, its a little tricky to get to the hotel being that is in the old city, but Augusto at the front desk was extremely helpful. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend

Hotel was okay. Located in the old city. Room was nice but bed was very small (I’m 6ft and my feet hung over the edge).
