Very nice hotel tucked away in a languid corner of Panjim. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast had decent coffee and the staff were friendly and helpful. I will be back!

Our stay was nice. Location is great. Nice staff. very clean rooms thanks to floor cleaning manager Noel. A bit noise. Food choice wasn't great. Not much to do with kids in the hotel. In terms of value for money - a decent choice.

i would like to say that the hospitality of the hotel is outstanding and the stafff is so concerned about the guests they treat the guests so great and specially about one guy Sourabh this person from the fnb staff this guy is so humble and treats the guests so greatly. This was my feedback as and guest staying in this hotel. Regards

We there for a conference and we liked the venue and the food was out of the world made with detailed precision and the staff was very respectfully and professional. We met the great Chef Amol Desai and he has a amazing aura. You can see the whole panjim from there.

A great place to enjoy various cuisine of food mostly the Goan dishes like Mutton Xacuti, Alsane Tonak, etc. Kudos to Chef Amol Desai, he is honestly a great *** with a great personality.

Super stay at this lovely hotel- you can’t beat the location, on a hill with a great view of the river and bridges and right in the edge of gorgeous Fontainhas. To top it off there’s even a pool! Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day ( special thank you to Vinthoba 🙏). If you want to explore North Goa and like to swim but don’t fancy the busy beach resorts this place is an excellent alternative. Breakfast was amazing too!
