Stayed for 3 nights it is a very basic hotel room was good and clean but no kettle no glasses just two half litre bottles of mineral water staff is helpful i use my own kettle and towel which i recommend if you intend staying here Nanbai bakery(reviewed separately) of the same management open from 8 am to 9 pm is a big plus you can also order food from swiggy and Zomatto fruit and other things from blinkit Miramar beach is around a km away can be reached in 15 mins walking or 3 minutes by cab if you have Goa Miles app you can get a cab costing ₹200 for drop to the beach

Quite place with fluctuating price points. But decent staff and clean rooms and bathroom. The restaurant attached is different yet quite good It's well connected parking can be dicy but otherwise it's helpful. If you got work at Panjim then it's allrite to for a decently priced spot

Located in miramar Very near to the beach this property offers travellers clean neat and warm experience The hotel has a cafe named nan bai at the ground level serving great bakes coffee savoury pastry and cakes Being reasinably priced it is ideal for Lone travellers , family and business alike Who are in a budget
