Toilet seat was broken had to hover to use, bathroom sink was leaking and no faucet aerator so the water just sprayed, the pull out bed was broken so my children didn’t have a place to sleep. The amenities weren’t working so unusable as well. Staff was nice, but the stay ******.

For the price I can't complain. but if we decided to come back in May I would not stay. The bathroom was horrible the walls need touching up all cabinet doors where hanging off. Beds where ok frontdesk people where great. The pool was so nasty like it hasn't been touched in over a month. If it had a touch up and the bathroom fixed it would be a great motel.

Ian went above and beyond for us!! He and the rest of the staff were friendly, inviting and very courteous. We defiantly recommend staying here! Nothing was overlooked on our stay! Perfect! 🌟

The customer service was amazing and the location was perfect. You can go on the balcony and there is the ocean. My only complaints were that the shower was dirty and the room was a bit outdated

We do not recommend this hotel at all, it is unpleasant, both the service and the room. The carpets were extra dirty, the photos shown on the website when booking look too good for what it really is.

Fire Alarms going off at 2-3am, people running around knocking on doors, car alarms going off...fixtures broken, lights not working. ******* wont help with refund after i left after one day too

Stayed here before and loved it but my stay 1/6/24 wasnt the best. Room had black mold everywhere, tub didn't look pleasant, shower curtain was broke. Beds very uncomfortable, no remote for any of the tvs notified staff no one wver brung one to the room. Staff was friendly view waa beautiful thats the only plus.
