ビーチ タワー ビーチフロント ホテル, バイ ザ シー リゾート(Beach Tower Beachfront Hotel, a by the Sea Resort)

Front desk staff were amazing… close to the beach and everything. Housekeeping could do a better job, we bought bleach cleaner to clean the kitchen and bathroom area ourself. There is no daily housekeeping. Very nice stay for the money.

The ocean view was the only hood thing about this hotel. It's old, shabby and falling apart. There was no blankets on the bed, only two sheets. The batgroom faucet leaked continuously. I had to checkin at the hotel next door. No one on the front desk, no security. Anyone could have walked in at any time. Doors left open all the time. We got stuck in the elevator twice. Left early, asked for our money back on days not used. Never will stay again.

This property is older but in good repair. Well maintained. Parking was plentiful with elevator in convenient place. Be advised, you may have to check-in next door. They appear to be running two hotels with one desk! A big Thank You! to the lady in maintenance for getting us a working TV!

The lobby doors were broken, our keys didn’t work. They sent us back to our room with no key and had to let us in. Went back down in the morning to get keys and finally got a pair that worked. The stove was broken and nasty

It is an old, unkept hotel. We stayed for 10 days and had to clean our own room & get more supplies at the desk as they stated they did not have enough staff. Had a nice view on the balcony but could smell pot, cigarettes on a daily basis while sitting on the balcony. Guests slamming doors in middle of night. Elevator sketchy. This place is in desperate need of good management.

The kitchen was in disrepair mold growing in coffee pot The room key did not work my entire stay

After 2 trips to office, because key dont work the maintaince opened the door to a room that wasnt even made up. Nothing but sheets on beds, i like some sort of blanket, even a thin one would be nice! I will NOT ever stay here again!!!!!!

The room was a lil ran down. No blankets on the bed half cleaned and coffee pot was filthy and full of mildew. Rooms could use a nice update. Nice beach view

The layout of the rooms is efficient unique. The front door exit leads to the elevator and front entrance, while the back door leads to a private balcony with stunning views.
