The location was perfect. BUT, at check in, I noticed the person seemed to be extremely young- as if he was a kid. Then after FINALLY finding our room, my son used the toilet and it clogged with very minimal paper. It flooded the entire bathroom. I called for a plunger, towels and cleaning products in which after waiting 45 minutes for finally decided to go to the nearest DG and purchase my own stuff. When I called down to the desk to ask them what the hold up was, I was told “nobody has been there yet?” So I said not to worry and I’ll get the situation handled myself. The room was DISGUSTING. Black mold everywhere. There was a wig in one of the drawers to the dresser. Pulling the sheets back there was all different types of “hair bunnies”. The hot tub did not work. The pool and spa both were dirty, and had black mold. I was on the first floor- was given no direction on how to locate the room- when darkness hit, there was very limited lighting and had an extremely eerie feeling. Would not recommend, especially if staying with children. If you ask me, the whole place really needs to be shut down.

I never got to check in and they never refunded me or gave me a credit

They lost our reservation or they gave it away. We were put into a room that was decorated from the 1990s. There were roaches. They only gave us one towel and two wash rags. The carpet had lumps and needed to be pulled up. Most of the outlets didn’t work. There was rust all in the kitchen on the vents and around the stove. The room was right next to the pool which seem to stay open and running until one or two in the morning when it supposed to close at 10. There is no elevator whatsoever and the stairs are so small that it’s hard to walk up and down them. The parking good luck with that because there is none. Pictures can be deceiving because I got nothing what looked to be by the pictures. The young guy that checked me in was very very nice and apologetic and try to give me a better room since they gave one away but there was no rooms. And for the price that we paid it should’ve been a five star hotel room. I would never ever ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Black mold, outdated everything, full size beds… it was terrible!

Booked a room for 2days. At check-in they said they didn't have a room available due to it not being clean, along with other rooms not clean. Receptionist said she had to turn away several guest due to this issue. On top of this is was storming. As a local housekeeper this was very disappointing.

Very run down. Several places and units were boarded up, hot tub not working, lobby was closed and had to check in at another hotel. Won’t be back

Check in ends at midnight but lobby is closed from 11pm until 7 am. So if you need anything, you can't get anyone and noone is there. Phone in room didn't work, sliding door was hard to open, mold in bathroom. View was great.

When we arrived, we were met by a nice young lady. She sent us to our room snd when we opened the door, the room was nothing like the pictures on the website. The floor was disgusting. You couldn’t shut the bathroom door or even open it the entire way bc the sink was in the way. When we walked to the living area, the couch had rips and tears in it and we couldn’t get the slider open at all. The free breakfast consisted of packaged muffins, and bengals, bananas, packaged cereal, milk and coffee. The pictures of the rooms and property were very deceiving. Will NEVER stay there again.
