Ramada by Wyndham Panama Centro Via Argentina

The location is great, but in terms of the quality of the hotel, you get what you pay for. Barely. Mold in the shower, a room door that doesn't close all the way on its own, under the bed wasn't clean, scuffed up walls, bad breakfast, no views, outdated everything.

It's a well located hotel in El Cangrejo, a nice neighbourhood in Panama City. It's within a walking distance from Panamá Metro's Line 1 and it's located on Vía Argentina, a tree-lined thoroughfare with plenty of options to eat, drink. It's also close to Vía España, one of Panamá City's most important avenues, with public transportation available, shops, supermarkets, banks, and so on. It's just some 35 minutes away from Tocumen Airport, traffic permitting. Bedrooms were OK, decent-sized, Both bedroom, bathroom were clean, tidy, no issue at all with cleanliness. Shower pressure was excellent. Both check in, check out were fast, attentive personnel. Breakfest you might skip it, options were pretty bare, but as I've said before, Vía Argentina has a range of bakeries, markets and you can easily suit yourself for breakfest. All in all, it's an interesting option for a reasonably priced hotel in a sought-after district of Panamá City. Skip breakfest and it's great value for your money.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Terrible. I was forced to change hotel for the first time in my life. The only reason I didn't change immediately was because I arrived very late and had work the next morning. The air was unbreathable with mould and humidity. The rooms have no windows, only glass that doesn't open. The air conditioning offered no guarantees because everything in the hotel was sloppy and badly cleaned. Nothing looked clean, neither the bed linen nor the bathroom. I even found a cockroach in the bathroom. Beware. Do not book in this hotel!

We checked in on 18 March from Las Vegas. We were greeted with a smile from to employees. Our reservation Was in the system and we quickly signed the papers and headed up to our room. It was room 311. Two small issues were taken care of immediately. I wanted to give much credit to Eric Batista and Amry Rodrigues. These two employees deserve praise for their personal care, personal touch, professionalism and overall contribution to the hotel. These two employees convinced me that I will always come back to this exact place on my travels to Panama. Attention to detail by these two employees what is the most significant aspect. They truly care for the company and the customer. And as far as the room? It was always clean and fresh. Everything had its place and everything was put back in its place the next day. The room maids were very friendly. They were also very flexible. There was a day when we needed an extra 10 minutes. Without a complaint they smiled and said no worries. We handed out "Welcome to Las Vegas" keychains to all the employees. They were happy with a smile. The location is perfect! Do you have a mini market literally next-door had a huge selection of where you can eat breakfast in the morning. You can even eat breakfast on the top floor of the same hotel. All in all, the experience was so positive and so happy and a great reflection of the Panamanian people. Thank you Ramada and thank your mother for Eric and Amry!

El Hotel se Mantiene limpio, los empleados son muy atentos, las habitaciones con exelentes condiciones, el desayuno muy variado y delicioso con buen servicio al cliente, recomiendo q continúen perfeccionando el trabajo que están realizando.

Es un buen hotel, muy limpio y con una excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones confortables, las camas muy comodas, la limpieza de la habitación diaria, muy bien hecha, es acogedora. Si pagas un poco mas y te tocan habitaciones del 5to piso hacia arriba no solo tienes mejor vista, sino ademas botellas de agua gratis en la habitación y ambientador. El desayuno nada espectacular, pero decente para el precio. Los de carpeta y el ama de llaves muy amables, brindan servicio de taxi al aereopuerto si lo solicitas, aunque con pago adocional, muy diligente y puntual el chofer. El dia de abandonar el hotel se me quedó el celular en la ahabitacion y desde el aereopuerto llamé al joven de la carpeta, amablemente subio, lo encontró y me lo envió en taxi de regreso, quedé muy agradecida.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona de bares y restaurantes y cerca del metro. El desayuno no es variado pero está bien. La pileta es súper chica. La habitación tiene una cama grande y cómoda pero el olor a humedad desde que entra al hotel te hace verlo con ojos de disgusto. La limpieza de la hab no está mal pero no es súper. Lo recomiendo por la ubicación.

la habitacion estaba inundada de cucarachas, me cambiaron la habitacion ese misma noche estaba igual, solo pude dormir 3 horas a las 6 de la manana de otro dia me sali del hotel. Habia pagado 7 noches solo me pude quedar una. Solicite en la recepcion del hotel la constancia de haberme quedadouna sola noche, quedaron de enviarmela a mi email nunca llego. la agencia en Colombia Aviatur habia hecho toda la reserva. A la fecha la agencia no ha logrado nada con la devolucion del dinero de las 6 noches no utilizadas.
