"While the resort has beautiful views, our overall experience was very disappointing. Our flight was canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, causing us to miss an entire day of our stay. We spoke with the front desk numerous times throughout our trip, hoping for assistance or a resolution, but were repeatedly given excuses and no meaningful help. Despite being told our concerns would be addressed, nothing was ever resolved. The customer service was frustratingly unhelpful, and we felt like our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. The swim-up bar pool was also disappointing, as the water appeared dirty and poorly maintained, which made us uncomfortable using it. The food was another major letdown. Many meals were of poor quality, lacked flavor, and were often served lukewarm. Several dishes were simply inedible, leaving us struggling to find enjoyable dining options throughout our stay. For the amount we paid, we expected much better service, communication, food quality, and upkeep of the facilities. Unfortunately, the lack of customer support, cleanliness issues, and disappointing dining experience significantly impacted our vacation, and we would not choose to stay here again."

"The Golden Palms resort in Papagoya is heavily. The staff are outstanding and kind. The pool is so clean and big. It’s so big it never feels crowded. The rooms were clean and had a mini fridge, which was great. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast but it would be nice if the menu varied from day to day. I highly recommend The Golden Palms resort. We’ve been there twice and will return again."

"The hotel is not bad, but the price is very high. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy. The hotel's advantages are the beautiful views and the shuttle bus that takes guests to the beach. The beach is nice, deserted. There's a good seafood restaurant on the shore."

"A beautiful beachfront hotel with a tropical garden and lots of wildlife. The food was fresh and delicious, with a wide selection of local and international dishes. The staff were very friendly and clearly enjoyed their work. They were attentive and accommodating. Jean Carlos, Davis, and Johan at reception were very helpful."
