「My booking was somehow changed to a 2 single bed studio so my partner and i had to push the beds together. Netflix doesn’t work on the remote we were stuck with random cable networks. They fixed the hot water issue so that was great. I can hear the staff shouting around outside the our room. I think Bedbox Hotel would’ve been a better choice」

「the location was excellent, food was superb with many varieties to choose from. staff service was topnotch, accommodating and full of energy. parking though is a bit of a problem esp during peak season but the guards were extra helpful. will come back.. thank you Manaoag Hotel.」

「Sobrang tahimik ,ganda at malinis ang place, pagpupunta dito dapat morning para masulit din yung time talaga,nakakatakot din kasi yung daan sa gabi lalo if riders katulad namij madilim hehehe. sa Narra kami nagstay, maganda naman kaso sira lang yung sa door ng bathroom at maliit yung sa CR niya. Mabait din ang owner ,napakiusapan namin sila na antayin kami dahil 10:30 pm na kami nakarating, very accomodating mga staff nila. nakakapagod lang yung hike papuntang beach hehehe pero all in all good experience」

「シーツは清潔ですが、ベッドは一度覗くと汚れています。私のパートナーは、窓が安全ではないと感じていました。窓には色付きガラスがなかったので、裏の廊下が開いているような感じで、人が簡単に通り抜けて部屋に入ってくる可能性がありました。人は簡単に侵入できます。私たちは、何が起こるかを恐れて、カーテンを閉めたままにしていました。フロントデスクは24時間対応ではありませんでした。警備員も寝ていました。シミの付いたベッドシーツは大丈夫と読んだのですが、すでに汚れています。利便性のためにオンラインで予約しましたが、到着するとスタッフは私たちを待たせただけで、オンライン予約に気付いていないようだったので、さらに証拠を提示する必要があり、オンライン予約のために時間を差し引かれました。」

「Decided to try Chalaroste despite the comments wherein the bathroom stinks, daming langaw, sira lock ng door, etc. and it was not a regret that we booked this resort because it was amaaaazing! we availed the standard room. It has tv, mini ref, toiletries (towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste), water heater since may coffee and creamer provided, bottled water. lahat yan is good for 2 na. mabango rin ung cr sa loob ng room, no issues at all. May wifi rin! Complete na rin sa common kitchen, no worries na mag aagawan since they provided lots of plates kalderos and the like, lulutuin na lang dalhin. Mabato ung beach but the infinity pool did not disappoint! Ang ganda lalo na sa gabi. May signage na u can use the pool until 9 or 10 pm yata but the staff let us swim there until 1 am. There are tables near the pool which overlooks the beach na maganda mag chill! Pet friendly also ❤️ Overall, I loved the place! It felt like the price was too cheap for such a resort that has a complete amenities. Literal na sarili mo na lang at pagkain dalhin mo.」

「We stayed in the Presidential Suite at Star Plaza Hotel. The room service staff was friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked fine for our needs. The breakfast was good except the ham. Other hotel restaurant food options were good. However, we were disappointed to find that the hot water in the shower wasn’t working, which was unexpected for a suite of this level. The laundry service was also unavailable, and when we first entered the room, there was a strong vinegar smell that took some time to fade. Overall, while there were some positives, the issues made the experience feel below expectations for a Presidential Suite. We hope improvements can be made.」
