Good morning dear friend It's a good experience in panngkor island

Located 7 mins walk from jetty with a checking in area next door to a flight of stairs leading to rooms. I say checking in area as it’s actually a clinic so don’t expect staff to be present which if needed can be a pain. However, rooms are clean with a kettle and shower can be quite warm. Located near loads of shops and food outlets and pink taxis ever present. Was cheap and cheerful and would stay again.

TV is not functioning in all rooms. Toilet roll tissue also is not provided. Mirror is only in the bathroom. Overall it is not a pleasant stay & we looked for other hotel on the second night.

Great location and convenient

First thing impressions about hotel in apps totally opposite, Tv not working out of Oder, no Lift those elder people and heavy own baggage need to carry al the way up in mid time no water supply haisss we wait for few hours then we have water supply totally disappointed with place even though nearby to Pangkor jetty but please don’t get cheated by apps picture not well maintained and water to slow No brush, soap and shampoo just small tube such a disappointed The amount spend not worth it I will not choose again Thank you 🙏

We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel. We booked a 2-night stay, and upon arrival, the receptionist assigned us a room on Level 1. However, we soon discovered that the door lock was faulty and could not be secured. We requested a room change, which the receptionist approved, and we were moved to a room on Level 2. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the air conditioning stopped working, leaving us in an uncomfortably hot room. When I informed the receptionist, she stated that all rooms were fully booked, despite a higher-priced room still being available. At 4 a.m., I could no longer endure the heat and insisted on a solution. Eventually, at 6 a.m., we were moved to the higher-priced room on Level 1.
