Puteri Bayu Beach Resort

The room is very dusty, the floor of this hotel is dusty and seems like the housekeeping didn't sweep the floor properly or the room provided to use not in regular use. The old air conditioner in the room makes a terrible sound when in use yet disturbed sleep. Buffer breakfast can be given 1 out of 10. Very disappointed in terms of quality and variety. At 9am the cold drinks finished and the staff failed to top up accordingly. Hospitality services were very poor. Not recommended ar all

Standard room. More like a broken room. Door need to fix, air conditioner is noisy and a lot of dust in the filter. Floor is not really clean. Beds are soft and I can feel the spring is almost broken. I will not book this room again even is came with discount.

Hotel looks old and rundown, everything in the room kinda old too.. the door is using physical key.. and the knob just like your house.. toilet door pun dah reput.. only the lift is new though small, it's functioned well.. the hotel have it's private beach and close to hot locations such as eateries, shopping.. now pangkor has duty free shops. Though not big as Langkawi, you can get chocolate and pinggan mangkuk at a good price.. overall we enjoyed our stay.. preferably just stay at lumut coast as night time will be more nightly.. pangkor at 10pm everything closed down and dark everywhere.. we managed to see burung enggang here too just around the beach..

Pleasant environment,hotel room is poor need to do maintenance and renovations,Hotel breakfast is not much choice.

All is good but cannot have good sleep because outdoor aircond engine so loud🥴 food is best,view nice..pool big enought..tqsm pangkor.. second time stay hear.. location near to jetty about just 5-10minute.. got early check in due to available room at that day.. but u have to call the hotel first..they will consider it.. last time i check in also get early check in.. thanks a lot.. my kid realy enjoy it.. tqsm puteri bayu pangkor!!

Very nice view. Clean room.staff is very friendly…breakfast not to many choices by its ok..kenyang jugakkk😂🤣..quite place so meaningful to us.. easy access to beach..easy to find this hotel.. recommend hotel.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Location is great bcos next to the beach. Parking is a bit tricky, bcos if u cannot park inside the resort when its full, u have to park outside which is not safe. Room condition is so-so, old furniture, thin pillow and not so clean esp the toilet. The toilet has this little window above, u have to be a lil discreet in yr toilet business or else the neighbour next door can hear u. The pool is a ok, a bit crowded due to peak time. Breakfast was delicious tho. So that makes two star, location and breakfast is the only good things in here. 🌟🌟

BiG mistake to book this hotel !!! Expensive, old n aging MOTEL, bad maintenance, worst staff services I ever encountered in my life. Book a Chalet for RM280/nite that I will not even consider to stay for RM50. Smelly towels n pillows, leaking waters (toilet is wet always, dangerous for elderly), torn n stained bedsheets, cabinet without doors, ants inside room everywhere, dirty swimming pool. STAY AWAY from this hotel by all means !
