古くてカビだらけのホテルで、通路は水漏れしている。部屋は最悪！！ 家具や食器類も質が悪い！！ ティーセット、食器、カップもひどい！ 小さなグラスでどうやってコーヒーを淹れるんだ！！ 支払った料金と設備を考えると、本当にひどい。Trip.comがこんなホテルを宣伝しているのは恥ずべきことだ！！ Trip.comでの予約と口コミはもう考え直さなければならない！！

パンコール島のコーラルベイリゾートでの滞在は非常に残念な経験でした。 ホテルの設計、特に1階部分は極めて危険で、事故が起こりやすい箇所が多々あります。レイアウトは分かりにくく、床面が不均一だったり、視界が遮られていたりするため、宿泊客にとって危険です。計画性が乏しく、全く使い勝手が良くありません。特に高齢者や子供連れの宿泊客は、ちょっとしたつまずきが事故につながる可能性があるため、非常に心配です。 もう一つ大きな失望は朝食でした。比較的高い朝食料金を支払っているにもかかわらず、ホテルは適切な説明もなく、朝食をビュッフェ形式からアラカルト形式に変更しました。これは明らかに価値の低下です。アラカルトメニューは選択肢が非常に少なく、基本的にチャーハンか焼きビーフンだけで、野菜や肉類はほとんどありませんでした。量も少なく、種類もほとんどなく、支払った料金に見合う品質ではありませんでした。高額な料金を払っているホテルの朝食というよりは、まるで安宿の食事のようでした。 全体的に見て、非常に悪い経験でした。設計が劣悪で安全性に欠ける上、朝食の質と価格も著しく低下したため、滞在は残念なものとなりました。安全面とサービス水準を大幅に改善しない限り、このホテルはお勧めできません。

海の景色が近く、フレンドリーなスタッフ、素敵なナシレマとサラダ、朝食とそのスタッフは、妻が病気だったので、朝食ビュッフェからホテルの部屋まで食べ物をテイクアウトさせてくれました。

ホテルも古さを感じますが、部屋は清潔です。そして私の子供たちはプールを楽しんでいます。徒歩圏内に多くのショップや屋台があるため、ロケーションも素晴らしいです。

Overall good experince but scammed us with old and new hotel when we reached told us that we have booked room in old hotel which was not mentioned while booking and in pictures as well and then asked for extra money for booking in new hotel that was in pictures. service and staff was also very good and cooperative

The reception area is a little tied but our rooms were lovely  modern and clean Close to beach  Fridge in room  Good children’s facilities  Lift was interesting as tries to eat you everytime you used. It

When booking please select the premium type cause is newly renovated. A short walking distance to Pantai Pasir Bogok

When we checked in, they offered us an upgrade to newly renovated premium room (with a fee). We took the offer. Nice, spacious and comfortable room with big balcony and sea view. Breakfast is good. First day it was a set selection from their menu. 2nd day it was a buffet breakfast. Dutyfree shop and a supermarket at lobby floor, very convenient

I stayed in the Premier Family Room, which was clean and quite spacious, making it comfortable for a family stay. The room looked fairly well-maintained, and overall it felt cozy enough for a short vacation. The hotel’s biggest advantage is definitely its location. It’s very convenient—within walking distance to the Pasir Bogak beach , restaurants, and duty-free shops. Everything you need is just nearby, so it’s easy to get around without much hassle. However, the car parking arrangement could be improved. The hotel does not have a dedicated parking area, so guests need to park around the hotel, which may be a bit inconvenient, especially during peak periods.

Stay in the hotel for 3 pax. The room is quite big for luggage and resting. The price is reasonable too.

it was near to anywhere I wanted to travel in the island with a supermarket mart right below the hotel with van services

Nice and good cleanlines

Initially, we encountered several challenges regarding the apartment's amenities. Specifically, the kitchen was inadequately equipped, furnishing only six glasses and an electric kettle accompanied by a single teaspoon. This was unexpected, particularly for a three-room apartment featuring empty cabinets. Essential items such as spoons, forks, and plates were notably absent. Furthermore, the television provided access to only one channel, a limitation a technician attributed to its older model. Breakfast service was satisfactory, and the bedding was clean. Please note that bidets are not available in the restrooms. Guests booking these apartments through the hotel should be prepared for this.
