シャンはとても歓迎的で、親切で、フレンドリーです。ホテルはかなり新しく、部屋も清潔です。スイミングプールは素晴らしく、清潔です。ホテルの周りにはショップや飲食店がたくさんあります。バイクをレンタルすると簡単に移動できますが、バイクに乗れない人にとっては、タクシーも簡単に捕まえることができ、料金もそれほど高くありません。タクシー乗り場はほぼすべてのエリアにあります。

We stayed at Pangkor Pop Ash Hotel and overall, everything was okay. The service was friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally clean and well-maintained. There was no breakfast provided, but plenty of food options nearby. Our deluxe room was comfortable with enough space, while the family room felt quite cramped with limited space to move around. The air-conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, and the water pressure on level 2 was good. However, the bathroom ventilation could be improved — it really needs an exhaust fan to help with airflow and humidity. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel is cute and clean. Everything is clean which is great. The lobby is hot though and i assume they are trying to keep the electricity bill low, but it gives off a funky smell if the vents is off so maybe just think of a better way to welcome the guest. Location is great and just a minute walk to the beach.

Hotel is rather small but comfortable enough considering it was booked at the very last minute during the school holidays. Enough parking lots for a rented car. Walking distance to the beach. A lot of nearby eateries.

Very Clean Hotel and Near to Beach…

Nice standard room with window. It has a table and chair but no additional hanging section to hang clothes, only the one at the back of the door is available. The bathroom is clean with shampoo and soap (no shower gel).

I had a truly pleasant stay at Pangkor Pop Ash Hotel. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped for comfort. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests. The location is convenient, making it easy to explore Pangkor Island while still providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, an excellent choice for both leisure and short getaways. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pangkor.

The rooms is very small and not suitable for family with small kids. Too many furniture that might nnot suitable with that space provided. Our second day was disaster as the lift was not working! Hoping the hotel would consider to give refund Imagine have to go up n down stairs with big luggage and kids. Not up to what i have paid for and there is no apologies from the hotel staff.

The hotel management lead by Mr Shan is very approachable and responsible. The staff are polite and welcoming. Although the breakfast selection is limited due to Ramadan, the food tastes great. The hotel room is clean, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Right at the entrance, you’ll find Chao Sheng Seafood Restaurant and a foot massage place, making it very convenient. Definitely worth recommending!

Basic hotel with the price you paid. The only issue is the loud disco sound untul 3am

Ask for earlier check in, after reception checking, she allow me to do that. When my phone water damage after diving she bollow me screw driver. Reception is very very friendly. Hotel room is very clean also. A comfortable trip
