The hotel is rundown, no maintenance and the air condition has never been service before, toilet door jammed and the water from the tap smell bad! I would not recommend this hotel

Its a good hotel actually.. but the bathroom kinda dirty.. please look more on cleaning the toilet Overall its okay n convenient to stay

No lighting in bathroom. No towel. Doorlock seems broken. 🥲

Easy booking....near airport, university Malaysia Kelantan and shopping complex

Verry good and nice. The location is good. The room can sleep for 5 adult.

The hotel located nearby airport so easy for those who’s taking flight. However in terms of cleanliness it’s quite bad because the toilet sting, smell and dirty. Hope hotel will take action on this to improve the service and quality.

everything is bad..bilik tak bersih, tv xberfungsi, peti ais kotor ya amat, atas meja ada tahi tikus @ lipas.

Hotel ini, semuanya bagus, cuma suasana lif kena baiki sebab berbau. Itu saja.
