グレコテルマリンパレス＆アクアパーク - オールインクルーシブ(Grecotel Marine Palace & Aqua Park)

Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad in dit hotel! Alle services in dit hotel worden met de grootste zorg uitgevoerd. Als er dan al opmerkingen zijn wordt er actief geluisterd en onmiddellijk gepoogd deze te verhelpen. Hoewel dit een groot hotel is, valt dit niet echt op daar er verschillende plakken werden gemaakt waar de gasten kunnen vertoeven. Behalve in het main restaurant kan het heel druk zijn, maar op andere plaatsen is dit goed te doen. Breakfast by the sea is een aanrader. Selectie aan dranken is zeer uitgebreid en verzorgd. Maaltijden zijn zeer smaakvol.

Fabulous! Such an amazing hotel with fabulous staff and great facilities. We are here as a family of 8 (4 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 boys aged 9 & 7). We have been going to a Greek island as a family in October for the last 5 years and this is the best yet! On arrival, the hotel gave the best impression. We arrived late in the evening, around 23:30 and were led to snacks and drinks which were delicious. Anything you ask, the staff try to accommodate. They send a survey asking how your stay is and act upon any concerns or issues you may have. The hotel is spotless. The unsung heroes are the cleaners. They always say good morning and work hard all day to keep the place beautiful. Our children have had the best time, spending time between the hotel pool, the water park and the indoor pool - we haven’t made it to the beach yet but we will! Food is fabulous, always hot and plenty of choice. All staff were extremely helpful, one whose name we remember is Eleni. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Lovely room, wonderful grounds and fantastic quality of lunch and dinner buffet including drinks and also icecream. The breakfast was not the best ive had however, all in all it was a wonderful family stay for two days, including in room, amenities, drinks, and attentive Guest Relations service. Thank you. We will be back

A lot of good and different kind of food and it was fresh everyday. Very kind crew everywhere. Clean area. Water in pools a bit too cold, but not your foult. Tennis court is in bad condition, that was sad thing for us.

A very good resort for family and children! Pool area, Aqua Park, green lawn, fine sandy beach and smooth entry into the water. The resort consists of several accommodation buildings. Quite spacious and clean rooms. Restaurant "a la carte" very good. In terms of food, you can find anything for everyone. Thanks Mr. Grigoris - F&B Manager and Eleni - congierge.

Really great hotel. Ideal if staying with children. The accommodation is in very good condition and well designed. I liked the amount and variety of restaurants although the main restaurant was the preferred choice for my 8 year old son who didn't want to be waiting for his meals! The choice of food was varied each day with plenty of choice. The snack bars were also favoured during the day as you could grab a snack on the go. The Aqua Park was amazing and we visited everyday during our stay. The water was not cold as other reviews suggest. Obviously it was not heated but when the weather is hot and you are continously on the slides the water is a comfortable tenperature. The staff were all great across the hotel and any issues were resolved quickly. The day that I arrived, the mixer on the shower was broken and the maintenance person came and changed it within 10 mins. There was also the opportunity to play table tennis, use gym equipment, play tennis, basketball and volley ball. My son played football on the tennis court in the evenings with number of other children staying at the hotel. They thoroughly enjoyed their competitive matches! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting with children who want to be entertained throughout the day. The hotel, particularly the aqua park was a huge hit with my son snd I even managed to sit back and read a book throughout the day.

This is an amazing resort in a beautiful location right next to the sea. They offer a variety of foods at very meal and snacks throughout the day. They have many sports and water activities to engage in during the day, as well as multiple swimming locations. All of the workers have been very kind an generous during our stay, especially Eleni (sorry for the poor spelling) who was very kind to us and served us during our meals. Whether you come with family and children or on a couples get away, this resort offers something for everyone!

Very frendly staff, very good food and services, nice room, clean and cosy. The resort has all the facilites you can think of. Every thing is very well organised. We would also send many thanks to Eleni! We had a very pleasant time during our holiday at the hotel!

I'll try to give a balanced view of our half term week at the Marine Palace. Don't get me wrong, we had a great holiday, but for the money we paid, we expected better. What was good: -Generally friendly staff -Pizzas were amazing -Decent quality of food -Can recommend the hire car service in the hotel - we had a car for the day and it was only €45 - way cheaper to visit places than paying for the official tours. -Waterpark is great fun - lots to keep the kids busy with. -Crepes were plentiful!! What wasn't so good: -We paid for the suite - so a bedroom with jacuzzi, lounge/kitchen with 2 beds for the kids. I looked a lot shabbier than the pictures on the website. It felt like it needed more furniture - lots of dead space. Balcony was never in the sun, so couldn't dry swimsuits. Room was over the road from the main hotel, which was a pain too. -Pools were freezing, especially the one by our room. -Reserving sunloungers was badly handled - we saw people reserve a few by the main pool in the morning, but the people went to the waterpark in the am, only going back to the main pool in the pm. Need a better system. -Food got a bit repetitive. -Options outside the main buffet didn't really seem appetising -Beach area was really small and very overcrowded. -Just didn't feel like a 5* resort, when you compare it to places in Egypt or Turkey. Not as clean, a bit tired, staff didn't seem as willing to help.
