My wife and I were heartbroken that we were unable to travel due to the loss of a close family member. We contacted the hotel to try to change the date or cancel the booking, both of which were refused. This was in accordance with the booking terms however we hoped we might receive some understanding and sympathy given the situation. Instead we were told a flat no, hence this review.

The place looks very different from the photos; I was disappointed by its appearance. The bed linens aren't changed daily—I felt itchy at night—and there were flying insects and a bug in the room. The next morning, I saw cats sitting on the fresh towels meant for the rooms. There is no elevator and no service to carry luggage to the rooms. The breakfast offers a very poor, unappealing selection; I was charged $7 for a mushroom omelet, whereas other hotels serve omelets at breakfast at no extra cost. The price I paid wasn't worth the value; I won't return, nor would I recommend the place.

What can I say apart from it was amazing at Pandream. From the moment we stepped in the reception and Ian was waiting for us to show us the room. He was so lovely and welcoming. The rooms we stopped it, were perfectly clean, perfect sizes, great bathrooms with a unique curved wall (really liked that look) in the huge shower. House keeping were friendly and looked like they were all part of the family atmosphere and made our rooms perfect everyday. Nice touch with the bath robes and slippers, you don't usually get that. Its a really small walk to all the bars and the restaurants, nice and peaceful. Definite value for money. About a 20 min walk to the harbour and 24 mins to the Waterpark. My Family of six age ranged from 18-74 and we spent three days at the waterpark using the option of Waterpark when we booked. I would defiantly use that option when we return. Jamie the Bar Manager, is a great asset to the hotel, has a contagious personality because he has everyone else around him happy. We are Cat lovers, they have 5 beautiful Cats free roaming the area, we miss them and have only been home 48 hours. WE WILL RETURN. Thank you Pandream, you made our holiday wonderful.

Wow, I arrived in Cyprus and stayed elsewhere first and discovered Pandream through a friend. After having a drink and getting to know the pool bar manager, i decided to finsish my last three days at Pandream. Jamie the bar manager was an amazing guy you will instantly get on with. From Bonnie Scotland and bar amazing cocktail / bar knowledge. The accommodation is great too, great showers, air con, balconies and pool area all spot on. Close to restaurants and local shops and only €2 bus ride to the airport. Great all rounder for me. 😊 I couldn't faul it for the cost, definitely be back (mostly for Jamies drinks) again.

Amazing again, this was our second visit and it was as perfect as it was last year. We met Jamie at the bar this time who was so nice and nothing was too much trouble for him. All of the staff are lovely, the hotel rooms were maintained daily and the entire location was incredibly clean. The pool area was excellent with many beds available throughout the day, there were no bed hoggers as there is never a worry re getting a bed. Hotel staff helped us get our taxi from and to the airport as well as other trips we took which required a taxi. Simply the best, see you in 2027

Arrived back from the most amazing stay at Pandream. Rooms were lovely and clean, fantastic air con and a very comfy bed! Great location to explore the harbour and very close to the beach. Jamie the barman is super friendly and always on hand to serve a beer or cocktail or two. The reception staff are so helpful and even helped us extend our stay! Can’t wait to come back next year! ✈️☀️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Pandream! We originally booked for 7 nights, but we loved it so much that we ended up staying 11 nights. The apartments were beautiful, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The location was also fantastic, just a short distance from the beach. The atmosphere was amazing, and the whole experience was even better thanks to the wonderful staff. A special mention has to go to Jamie, the amazing barman, who was absolutely fabulous! His cocktails were incredible, and his friendly personality and great service made our afternoons at the pool bar even more enjoyable. 🍹🍸 We had such a brilliant time and would definitely recommend Pandream. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

From being greeted by a very professional Ian who showed us our room and explained everything to us. We found the hotel to be in an amazing location close to beaches bars and restaurants. The on site pool and bar run by the fantastic Jamie whose local knowledge was exceptional and cocktail making second to none. All the staff at this family run hotel are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for any of them.Will definitely be booking again, can’t wait.
