This hotel is brilliant. The staff are very efficient, helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The food is lovely I’m quite a fussy eater but always found something, the best food I have ever eaten in a holiday hote. The areas outside are very clean and well kept and my husband loved it when the bar staff kept doing rounds of the sunbeds to make sure everybody was kept supplied with drinks. We loved the heated indoor pool lovely and refreshing on a hot day. Pool outside was freezing if that was heated they would get a lot more people staying outside. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back. It was our wedding anniversary and my husbands birthday we came in from pool and room was decorated on both occasions we got a bottle of bubbly and some fruit. If I had anything to criticise it would be the evening entertainment it was not very good. We were in room 128 great view of the pool and the sea facing the quiet pool lovely and big balcony. Fantastic stay loved it

We were here this year for the first time , but for sure won’t be the last ! We were welcomed by Alex , the Bar Manager who made sure that we had a cold drink after a long flight and always talking to us with a smile on his face ! The food was amazing and the staff were brilliant ! General manager of the hotel was there every day talking to us and all other guests . Alex and his bar team did such an amazing job. The service was absolutely amazing generally from all the reception staff , bar staff and restaurant staff ! Cocktail management was brilliant with lots of cocktail choices , shots , champagne and more ! All managers were there talking to all the guests ! We loved it and absolutely recomand it ! We will be back for sure !!

Our family of 14 have recently returned from this superb hotel. The location, setting, value for money, staff attention, and rooms were all top-notch, which made our holiday truly wonderful. There are too many superlatives to describe the hotel that also made time to celebrate my wife and brother in laws birthday. BRILLIANT

An amazing family holiday. Since we arrived they had a welcome party waiting which was a great touch to start things off. They have been attentive and specially Chris the hotel manager and Ellena as the front office staff manager They insured we had a connecting room as my mother in law elderly/ disabled and also provided a wheelchair to use through out our stay. Chris from the restaurant was always there to insure we had everything we needed to enjoy our breakfast/lunch/dinner. The food was amazing. George from the burger bar was outstanding and the food was so good. The bar staff always knew what i wanted to drink and had it ready before I reached the bar. Special mention to Alex the bar manager he went the extra mile for our requirements. I can’t thank him enough. The entertainment team were too good. Nini Mario and Mimo Grace and Bridget were amazing from morning exercises aqua aerobics, water volleyball many others activities and evening entertainment too. Special mention to Mimo as he was an incredible guy, he entertained everyone in every way from aqua aerobics water sports to fire eating. A diamond. I always would say a hotel is a hotel, what makes it amazing and a pleasure to stay is the staff. I would 100% consider coming here again regards H

I am writing this review whilst still in the hotel, it has been a fantastic stay. All hotel staff from Reception (Ellina - front reception manager, Chris) to the Entertainer/activity team (Nini, Mimo, Grace, Bridget) to the Bar Manager (Alex) have been so helpful and accomodating with our requirements. They all went out of their way to ensure our stay at this hotel has been a one to remember forever. I don't normally return to same hotel or a place but will definitely consider coming back here. We absolutely loved our 2 week break here. The room was great and had everything we needed including a beautiful sea view. The bed was comfortable and the cleanliness was good too. The staff in the hotel and at the poolside were so friendly and nice, nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was fantastic in the main restuarant, for buffet style and the two extra restaurants Fiki (Japanese) and Pygmalion (specialised burgers) were really great and very tasty too. The entertainment was good and we enjoyed watching the kids fun time before the main acts at night. Grace, Bridget, Mario and Christian did a marvellous job of getting people dancing and taking part in everything that was going on at the hotel. The kids that were there especially adored them. We will definitely be returning next May to enjoy another two weeks in this hotel in beautiful Paphos. The hotel is well situated to go anywhere. We loved it. 🥰

It was our first time in Cyprus in Louis hotels ! We visited Louis hotels before in Greece several times , but for sure we will be back in Cyprus ! We came with our 2 little daughters and they absolutely loved it ! All the staff were amazing and gave them a lot of attention and always playing with them ! Bar service was excellent ! Alex , the bar manager was always present talking with us and making sure that we are having a great time ! Thank you Alex and all your staff for a fantastic time ! Cocktail management was fantastic with plenty of nice cocktails to choose from and all the managers were there making sure that all the guests are well looked after ! A very nice touch !! The food was absolutly delicious with a lot to choose from ! Amazing management witch is always present ! We meet Chris , the General Manager as well witch was so friendly ! As well as Bianca , the guest relation ! We will be back for sure next year ! Thank you all for everything !!!

It is a very good all-inclusive hotel. Clean,excellent service with staff working so hard to make sure our needs were met, the food was of a very high standard you can see the care that goes into everything they do from the start of the day to the end. The hotel is in a wonderful location, but to be honest, it could do with an update sooner rather than later to bring it up to the standard of other hotels in the location. We found our seaveiw balcony to be unusable as it was too hot with zero restbit from the sun,also there were bars at eyeleve meaning you couldn't see the impressive views. We were there for our son's wedding and I have to say it was amazing. The staff who organised it and the hotel management we're absolutely faultless,the location and setting couldn't have been better. The swimming pools were very good with the family pool noisy but exactly what you wanted,the quiet pool was exactly that,the inside pool was not overly cold but outside pools were very warm.We had a great time but that was with the family, not the sort of holiday a couple would necessarily enjoy. Recently had a week stay at this hotel. The staff were really good they do go above and beyond, but unfortunately the hotel is very dated and is old. Looking at the hotels all around this hotel, they're all miles better. The location is great if you like to go on walks most places you would like to visitis around 20 to 30 minutes away, it does not have a beach you can stay at and go into the sea really as it's very rocky with no sand outside this hotel. The entertainment team were very poor they expect you to be in bed at 11PM The whole hotel pretty much closes down at 11 PM with all the lights going out and bars closing. The food was good but normally when go to these all inclusive hotels you get little snacks you can have outside of breakfast lunch and dinner but they was only poor sandwiches that are out all day that get very hard and stale I felt sorry for late arrivals that turned up after 9pm because that's all they had to eat. But we did have a nice time. We was with a lot of family members (36 members) so we made our own entertainment not that the hotel liked that telling us to go to bed as we was making noise at midnight! I would 100% go back to paphos again but not this hotel.
