Excellent hotel, fabulous facilities, staff cannot be more helpful. Room lovely overlooking pool and sea, took a kayak out ( which are free from the hotel) walked along the coast , which was very pleasant ( approx 2/3 km) into Paracas Would highly recommend this hotel

From the time we entered this Resort - everything was perfect. From the staff (their friendliness, service and attention) to the restaurant (Estafania great waitress) and pool (great poolside drinks and the pool size and and jacuzzi),gardens (meticulously manicured), the incredible museum, to the Resorts speed boat tour to the White Islands. We could not fault a thing. Highly recommend to anyone.

This is the most serene and relaxing hotel! It even has its own museum. The restaurant and the service are top notch. The hotel offers a boat tour of the Ballestas Islands which allows you to see endangered birds, sea lions and other wildlife. It is close to an airport which does flights over the Nazca Lines.

Very loud air conditioning. We had 28 degrees. Pool area is nice. My husband felt sick, we still had to leave the hotel, showing no empathy here. Also telling about the air conditioning was just ignored. This just goes out to the reception. The service at the restaurant and bar area was good. Overall no recommendation if you look at the massive price.

This is a short email to express our appreciation to you and Paracas Tours for the wonderful weekend we had at La Hacienda hotel. We returned from Paracas yesterday feeling refreshed and invigorated. We were impressed with the 'attention to detail' at La Hacienda. For example, all the staff we interacted with were strongly invested in delivering a relaxing and memorable 'guest experience'. What is remarkable about this phenomenon was that the staff seemed to be 'intrinsically motivated' to provide an exceptional 'guest experience'. What I mean by 'intrinsically motivated' is that the staff provided an exceptional 'guest experience' because they 'wanted to' to provide an exceptional 'guest experience'. In my view, staff being so strongly 'intrinsically motivated' differentiates our 'guest experience' from any other hotel experience we have had. Congratulations to La Hacienda. Brian and Amelia.

The hotel is amazing. None of the hotels in Paracas have a swim-able beach off the property but the pool at this hotel more than makes up for it. The pool is huge and warm, as well as very very clean. The room was outstanding. Extremely comfortable and large bed, lots of space and a beautiful bathroom, again extremely clean. We had a great balcony to enjoy the sunset from which was a bonus. The staff are very attentive and helpful and the food was top notch. Overall we loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel with amazing service. The kids loved the pool. The lounge has lots of history on the Pisco sour. The service staff at the restaurant were extremely helpful in accommodating us vegetarians - big props to Estefania for helping us with translating our needs to Spanish and for food recommendations. We had a great time!

It was a beautiful stay at the Hotel. The attention is superbe and the room was super impressive. I recommend to anyone that wants a nice restful vacation. I recommend the room with the pool. Thank you again for everything!
