Beautiful grounds, clean room, nice patio But, pool / jacuzzi late evening needed attention Used towels and floating bandaids were yucky but all around was a great stay

This resort was everything and more! It was truly a peaceful oasis! I would definitely say it leans more on the adult only side due to not having much for little ones, but it was outstanding. Service was great, food was fresh, and it’s a perfect place for relaxing! Highly recommend.

The grounds and adult pool were beautiful. Great breakfast and friendly staff. My only concern was the flying insects that found their way into my room and bathroom every day.

Great staff, clean rooms and excellent service. Book the spa early, it gets booked up way in advance.

This was an incredible property. Our room was much bigger than expected, 3 ladies and we were comfortable. Great food and pool areas. Everyone was amazing. Highly recommend!

Every single person we encountered that worked there was amazing. It was the perfect weekend away for our anniversary.

Initially we started out at another hotel, received excellent ******* reviews, which made no sense once we arrived, i was bit by i don’t know what through out the evening, spent night in shower, Found the Omni Grand mountain view room, one available, so i grabbed it, and this where it went wrong. Based on the photos of the room on the site and the actual view from the room, i wasngiven a much lower end restricted view room. i have not heard from omni, received generic responce, waiting to hear back. my wife and i like to enjoy our selves on vacation, we both work hard play hard. we don’t drink, so we enjoy the resorts we stay at, we had two other issues with the spa, we had a booking they gave to someone else, did nothing about it, and issue with what was supposed to be a massage, was a warm towel stretch with 3 rocks placed on my back. i always take care of the staff, the resort did not.

The spa was incredible, but entrance does require the booking of a treatment which will likely cost more than $100. There is no day pass. The grounds were immaculate. The ammenities wonderful.
