Nice room, modern furniture and interior design. Good value for money

Overall experience with Novotel stay is satisfactory.

Overall good value for money. Good breakfast with smoked salmon, scrambled egg, sausages and various type of cheeses. Breakfast on weekend could be very crowded but food was replenished fast. Nice pool and gym for some exercise. Close to the lake and public transport.

This is a very good hotel. The room is clean and well equipped.

Good breakfast with good service, however, Front Desk staff were quite unfriendly.

Good location in Paradiso which takes 20 minutes leisurely walk to centre of Lugano. Breakfast was great and outdoor swimming pool looked nice for summer. Room size was decent but no frills for room amenities, like no indoor slippers, no hair conditioner, no soap, etc. There is a parking under hotel which is shared with Ibis hotel and charged for everyday (23CHF?). We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our weekend break there.

The hotel is very nice. The location is perfect, you can reach the lake easily by foot (ca. 2min). It is annoying that they charge extra for parking.

房間寬敞、設施齊全、也非常新穎，迷你吧都可以免費暢飲！房間乾淨又舒適、床睡着很舒服，大堂美食也是超級贊、份量十足！室外泳池、乒乓桌都適合小朋友玩耍。酒店交通便利、門口有公交車直達火車站，打車更便捷！

位置不錯，走路五分鐘就到湖邊了 酒店房間很小，很小。網上寫的13平米是真的沒有誇張。但麻雀雖小 五臟俱全吧，該有的也都有了。 房間裏面有一股味道，白天我都要全天開窗通風。

酒店是四星級的酒店，周邊吃飯買東西非常方便，酒店設施可以的，酒店裝修很好。總的來説是一次好的體驗。下次還會來

酒店挺好的。房間還算是比較大，適合家庭出行，早餐品種不多，但是味道還算是不錯啦。酒店的游泳池蠻適合小孩子的。酒店門口的湖很美，風景很好，出門散步很舒服。唯一的缺點就是這裏離瑞士的有名的景點都比較遠，格林德瓦和因特拉肯還是美多了。

房間乾淨，早餐也豐富，盧加諾的人們真的太有愛了，非常和善，路上行走都會主動打招呼，復活節擺了很多彩蛋和兔子。盧加諾真的太美了，歐洲最美的小城，沒有之一。
