I wasn't told that the pool was closed when I booked the hotel. I brought two 8 year old and a 1 year old that were all excited to go swimming as that's why I picked this hotel that had the pool. They would no reimburse us. I called trips.com and atleast got a 60$ refund which I believe wasn't enough due to the fact that I choose this particular hotel because it showed they had a pool and that's one of the main reasons we wanted to come. The kids were extremely upset because they didn't get to swim. Also the bathroom was covered with tiny black spiders. The kids were afraid so I had cleaned it up before telling the front desk. The workers were great but unhappy with the bathroom and the fact that there was no pool.

They are terrible people they will cancel your reservation and try to charge you triple

Our room is in the 4th floor, but all the kitchen smells will come to the room with the ventilation system. It’s is really a bad issue because any respiratory disease will be transmitted freely in this hotel. The quilts are extremely uncomfortable.

房間打掃整體還可以，不過我也做過housekeeping所以會挑剔一些，桌子縫裡還有一些食物的殘渣，鏡子對着床不過老外可能真的不講究這些，早餐種類真的非常少，幾乎都是冷餐，地點也不太方便，在一個立交橋邊上真的很容易錯過出口，走着還得爬上爬下的上天橋，太挺危險的，要不是因為離考場近可能就換一家了，周圍也沒什麼餐飲，也就Ubereats可以送餐

Las instalaciones un poco antigua pero estuvo bien, el desayuno super básico. Nada espectacular. Un poco alejado de centro y del aeropuerto (30 min).

酒店很MOTEL，進出必須靠車。重新裝修過，衞浴和洗漱都挺好。空調和臨高速是晚上噪音源，自己克服。床睡起來還挺舒服的。早餐豐富，住久了會稍感單調。總體不錯。
