I fully understand that you were disappointed and certainly tired after a long journey upon your arrival. Please note that we always do our utmost to have the rooms ready before the regular check-in time which is 3pm, but unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee this, as it depends on the previous guest’s departure. We are almost fully booked these days; hence an early arrival can only be guaranteed by booking the night before. However, we are always pleased to put at our guests’ disposal a courtesy room to take a well-deserved rest.Moreover, I am truly concerned about the lack of service you mention and that does not reflect our standards at all.
