Avoid at All Costs – A Disappointing Stay I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly unpleasant from start to finish. The man who checked us in was completely uninterested and borderline rude, setting the tone for what was to come. That night, when we asked the night staff for a lighter, we were told to “go see what you can find on the street.” Not exactly the service you’d expect from any hotel. The room itself was a nightmare: dirty, uncomfortably small, and poorly maintained. The bed linen felt cheap and almost plastic-like, making it impossible to sleep comfortably due to overheating. There was no air conditioning, no fan available, and leaving the window open was out of the question due to unbearable noise from the street below. On top of that, the walls were paper thin — we heard everything from surrounding rooms, including full conversations and intimate moments. The bathroom was a joke — the shower space could barely fit a human, making it awkward and uncomfortable to use. To top it all off, the woman who handled our early check-out was rude, dismissive, and made no attempt to listen to or resolve our concerns. She clearly wasn’t interested in any kind of customer service or in salvaging us as future guests. Overall, a terrible experience. I would never return and absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. We booked 3 nights. We stayed for 1 before booking another hotel. They wouldn’t return a single penny to us despite our complaint. They have also so far refused to return the tourist taxes for the 2 nights that we wasn’t even staying! Taking this up further

Bathroom should have a shower "wall" to block water from spraying into other parts of bathroom. It would be nice to have small refrigerator and microwave in personal room although "community" appliances were provided in another area of Hotel.
