Good location not bad breakfast. Worst view ( avoid the ground floor) no views. Good wifi. And some good restaurants around the hotel. If you need iron you have to borrow it from the front desk. Room was clean with not much amenities like coffee machine or slippers.

Celebrating my 60th Birthday at this hote was the icing on the cake!! Amazing Hotel staff Gabriella upgraded our room without hesitation. Staff member Pierrelie & Andre were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel located in a safe area and walking distance to restaurants, shops & attractions. Certainly recommend this hotel to families and couples.

The hotel was very clean , quiet at night , the location is perfect surrounded by a lot of cafes and restaurants , the metro and bus stops 3 minutes from the hotel , the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and fresh and the price was good

L'emplacement de cet hôtel est top. A 3 minutes de l'arc de triomphe, possibilité de visiter Paris à pied mais également en métro grâce à la station de métro située à 3 minutes et qui dessert 3 lignes 1,2 et 6 + RER A (direct depuis gare de Lyon ou Disneyland Paris). Le personnel est charmant et nous avons pu avoir une chambre alors que nous étions arrivés plus tôt que le check-in. La chambre est petite mais bien organisée. Idem pour la salle de bain qui avait malgré tout une grande et belle douche. La qualité du matelas est bonne et l'isolation entre les chambres aussi. Nous avons entendu en soirée quelques bruits de l'extérieur mais rien de gênant pour dormir sachant que cet hôtel est dans une rue perpendiculaire de Wagram donc plutôt dans une rue calme. Nous sentions au 2eme étage un léger tremblement venant du métro qui passe en dessous mais rien de méchant non plus ! Nous n'avons pas pris le pdj donc je peux rien dire à ce sujet. En conclusion, un Mercure très correct à privilégier si vous recherchez un emplacement stratégique dans Paris.
