ロケーションが最高で、Madeleineから地下鉄でも、歩きでもパリ中心地で遊べる。どこかに朝一番で出かけるプランを毎日楽しめる。 部屋の設備もよく、綺麗。お風呂もお湯をためることもできるし、シャワーもできる。 朝食はいろいろ選べて、美味しい。クロワッサンが好き。 チェックアウト日(日曜)にパリ中心部のイベントがあるのを知らず、道路が規制によりほぼ使えなくなっていたのに、Uberでタクシーを呼んで、2回断念された。断念されて気がついたのだが、電車の時間があり、かなり焦った。常に周りの道路状況は確認しておきたい。

Honestly never experienced hospitality like Hotel de Sèze has shown us during our stay! Would like to commend Enrique and Leo for being so accommodating and helpful! They went out of their way to help us with any request (even to prepare a cappuccino and tea for us!). There's a complementary tea service from 4pm-6pm. There's a variety of confectionery to go with your coffee. They also have a steam room and a small gym on the lower floor The rooms were spacious and clean. We were informed our room was available earlier than check in time! It was seamless and fast, couldn't be happier! Very happy with our experience been to Paris 5 times now and I'm definitely choosing Hotel de Sèze for my next stay!

The Hotel de Seze is centrally located in downtown Paris. It is located near the Auber and Madelaine stations. You can easily get anywhere in Paris. The room was very comfortable. The only downside was the water pressure was a little on the low side. Although the hotel is in downtown Paris, it is located in a relatively quiet location. It was very quiet in the evenings. The staff was friendly and helpful. They spoke French and English. They do offer a savory breakfast and a continental breakfast for a fee. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. It was a very good place to stay and a very good value - check around.

A fantastic stay at the Hotel de Sèze. A great location only a few minutes walk from the metro and the Opéra Garnier and Galeries Lafayette area. We (husband, 10 year old and me) stayed in room 61 right at the top of the hotel. The room was spcaious and comfortable (mattress a little hard but that’s personal taste) with everything we need. There was a little noise from the street below but we had the fan on most of the time so didn’t hear it. The design is beautiful and the most luxurious towels I’ve ever had in a hotel room! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again on our next visit. Thank you!

I attended the Paris Olympics and my hospitality company placed me at this wonderful hotel. Upon arriving after an unpleasant ride from the airport, I was taken by the charm and attractiveness of this hotel. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful. In addition the restaurant staff and housekeeping were equally helpful. The location is perfect! It is located 2 minutes from the Metro at Madeline Church which you can take the 8, 12 and 14 trains. RER B can be reached at another station 5 minutes away. There are many very good restaurants in the area between Madeline and the Paris Opera house. The room was small, but very nice and perfect for a single traveler like myself. I do wonder if my elderly parents had arrived how we would have handled things, bc my mom uses a motorized scooter and I doubt it could fit in the elevator or hotel room. However, for a single traveler, it was perfect. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. My only negative is that I am on a diet that is high in fats and proteins and low on carbs. I don’t eat eggs, so rely on beef and chicken and bacon for breakfast, so ai was missing out at the hotel as there is not bacon or sausage. However, I was happy for 5 days of carbs as the croissants were amazing. I plan on going back to Paris again next year and I plan on staying at this hotel.the location and quality of room and service was perfect for me! Greg S

The location was central, and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the lift was broken for the first 2 days. I felt bad for the staff who had to carry my luggage up and for the cleaners who had to use the stairs to move their equipment and stock. They kindly compensated us with free breakfast. Leo at the front desk was friendly, funny, and super helpful – what a great host! We were situated on the top floor near the attic, where we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower. Thank you for a convenient stay!

I was so impressed with this hotel. By far my favorite hotel I’ve stayed in Paris. My 5yo daughter and I stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 twin room. The room was ready for us at 1:30pm which was wonderful because we had just gotten into town after a long flight. The room was small, which was expected. The location was fantastic, and the staff was very nice. Leo was especially kind and courteous. The amenities were lovely (water bottles, coffee, mint water in the lobby). I felt safe as well. Additionally the bathroom was very nice with a deep bath tub and nice shower. It all seemed very clean and recently renovated. We ate the breakfast one morning and it was delicious. I will absolutely stay here again. This was an affordable option with great amenities and fantastic location.

The great hotel is not only clean, but it is run by an amazing staff. Everyone at this hotel is extremely friendly and helps out with anything you need. The location is perfect and in walking distance to lots of great areas of Paris. The room is perfect. Clean and spacious for European hotels.

Loved this hotel. Perfect location for our stay. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean, everyone was wonderfully welcoming and our room was quiet and comfortable with plenty of space. We had a very warm welcome and swift check-in with Leo who was so very helpful throughout our stay. The value is very reasonable for Paris. We booked a deluxe room - which we didn’t really need in hindsight - and whilst on 3rd floor there was no view at all (and it was quite dark in general) the room was perfect for our needs and proved to be nice and quiet for great night’s sleep. The large walk-in shower was wonderful and the towels huge a fluffy. They offer breakfast in the small reception area - which I’m sure would be lovely - but we didn’t include it as we were there to discover the delights around Paris. The hotel is located in an alley a few minutes walk from the Place Vendôme and all the cafes and shops that area has to offer. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here on our next visit.

We spent 10 nights, so really got to know this hotel. It was consistently a delight! Comfortable, well decorated, quiet, clean room (a bit small but it IS central Paris). All staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Leo at the front desk was especially welcoming, knowledgeable and went out of his way to check if he could help with anything The location was wonderful as it is central to much and so near the metro. We didn’t plan on hotel breakfast, but found it so convenient, comfortable and satisfying that we ate there most mornings. They even have a good gluten free bread option. We would definitely recommend Hotel de Seze!!!

Arrived at the hotel Thursday evening. First impression was average. The front desk gentleman was reserved, not very informative and seemed like he wanted to take a nap. The room was hot, probably 78 degrees. In fact it was cooler to leave the windows open however there was way too much noise. I had booked 3 nights, paid. I then called and waited for 20 mins on the phone waiting for front desk, no answer. I then called Amex travel since I had booked it through them on the platinum card service, requesting to check out the next morning and find another hotel for the rest of the trip (2 nights). They eventually reached the hotel who said they’d have to discuss it with the day time manager. The next day, the day manager refused to refund the remaining two nights even though I was two hours early to their checkout time. I ended up leaving that day, not refunded for 900$ between two nights leftover for 2 rooms and booked a different hotel. Key points: 1. Hotel is hot, AC does not work 2. They do not answer the phone when you need something 3. Location is average 4. Rooms are old, blood splatter on the wall, carpets torn 5. Amex travel, even though platinum member, was worthless 6. Windows are not sound proof and noise was all night long

The hotel has all the good amenities. Located perfectly next to Opera and La Madeleine. Friendly staff. Fairly priced. Comfortable beds and pillows. However, it’s too dusty and need to cleaned better, and housekeeping pushed to work harder, and wall spots to be cleaned. Breakfast was expensive for what you get.

Located in the center of Paris, it was very convenient to go anywhere. The room is very clean .The front staff was also very kind. I would like to stay here again the next time I go to Paris.Thank you!
