ホテル エリゼ エトワール(Hotel Elysée Etoile)

房間確實很小😂沒辦法這就是巴黎。好在位置很不錯，Charles de gaule étoile 站出來大概5-9分鐘吧。靠近凱旋門和香街。周圍也很安全。很多餐館。前台都很有親和力。會讓你喝免費咖啡啊，吃麪包啊。如果可以的話，可以主動要求要臨街有窗的房間。給我們的是靠天井的房間，真的很小，光線較差。

普通，位置方便，清潔，但房間很小，洗手間也很小，無牙刷無拖鞋提供。屬於民宿，不過價錢很便宜，也鄰近凱旋門。

最悪！私たちは新婚旅行のために訪れていました。夜遅くに空港からエジプトから到着しましたが、一部のインテルがオーバーブッキングしていて、夜の部屋がありませんでした。フロントデスクの男はフランス語さえ話せず、ホテルのシステムはずっとダウンしていて、男は真夜中に人がいる3つの部屋に行かなければなりませんでした!!私たちに空き部屋があるかどうかを確認するためだけに。非専門家は控えめな表現です。彼はマネージャーに電話しましたが、彼らは私たちに補償する方法を見つけられませんでした.パリでの週末の午前1時30分に別のホテルを見つけるのを助けるためにもタクシーを呼んでくれました。私たちの電話にはSIMカードやインターネットはありません。別のホテルの部屋で追加料金を支払うことになり、エリゼエトワールにこれらすべてを記載したメールを送信しましたが、11〜12日後に返信がありませんでした。

The hotel is very well located, at a walking distance to Champs Elysee and the Arc of Triumph, and many restaurants. There is also a metro station nearby which is very convenient. Unfortunately the rooms are too small. There is hardly room to place or open the suitcases, and they were just carry-ons. We were a party of 3 and could not stand up at the same time in that room. I am not kidding. The shower is also extremely small, only suitable for a slim person.

Room is a bit too cramped for triple stay with 3 bags. Lift can fit 2 people with 2 bags. Nevertheless, the reception is manned 24 hrs a day with excellent staff. Location is walkable to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees Ave.

Loved our stay in Paris. The service was top notch! Now we know where to stay when we come back.

What a great hotel with amazing staff and fantastic location. First the big thing. Given the timing of our trip we were very concerned about bed bugs as it’s all we had heard of in the US. When we got into our room it was clear we didn’t need to worry. The mattresses were perfectly clean and everything was exactly as we’d have hoped. Everyone working here is wonderful. We got to talk with Azella a fair amount as she was usually at the desk when we left or came back for the evening. She was always helpful and friendly and made it feel like home for us. The location is exactly what we wanted. Minutes to major attractions and even a few open air markets that had amazing food. So happy we choose to stay here and will be staying here again for any trips to Paris.

Pro: The service from the staff was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Location is amazing. Close to everything and we pretty much walked everywhere. Had food at a Thai on the adjacent street one night which was gorgeous. Cons: The room walls are paper thin. The first two nights were spent in and out of sleep due to the noise from the people in the room next day. I complained after the second night and was thankfully moved to a much more peaceful room. Rooms are small but when you are out all day they are suffice. Some areas do need a touch up but for 2* you can’t go wrong.

Just back from a last minute one night trip to Paris with my two girls ages 7 and 5, we booked a triple room which consisted of a double bed beside a single bed, the girls loved that the windows opened fully and I enjoyed the views of the beautiful Parisienne architecture. We slept very well on the beds, the location is excellent, our the hotel, turn right and straight up to Ave Wigram which is so close to Arc De Triompe and Charles de Gaulle Etoile Metro centre for easy access to everything. My girls were so tired from all the trekking the first day that I had to drag them to breakfast at 9:10, it finished at 9:30 but the hotel had no issue and replenished all the food for us. Breakfast 10ish for adult, free for children. Hoyle happily stored our bags before and after we arrived. Check in 2pm, check out 12pm. It is a small compact room with a complimentary bottle of water but no tea/coffee facilities, just a hair dryer and shampoo/gel in a bottle on the wall. Space tight in room but for my kids who love lying on the bed it was perfect, 3 adults would have a problem manoeuvring in the room. We had a great stay, staff so friendly and nice, I had to pop back before departing to charge my phone for airport boarding passes etc and I did that in the foyer with a coffee. My girls had an amazing time and on their eyes it was a fancy hotel but for me it was a really good 2 star. I’d give it more. I’d rate this a great hotel for quick trips and for someone who wants a good location and won’t spend too much time in the room. It’s clean and comfortable and does the job, somewhere to rest your head with lovely staff.
