Very clean, good design and modern room. The front desk is very nice, polite and kind.

I couldn’t speak more highly of the Hotel Juliana Paris or the individuals they employ. From first glance, I found the facade of the hotel beautiful and felt excited to walk in. At the entrance, my friend and I met the concierge, Rui who greeted us with a big smile and helped us with our bags and later with dining suggestions.The interior of the hotel is just as beautiful as the exterior. They have a very nice looking bar and exquisitely selected furnishings in their lounge area that are as comfortable as they are beautiful. Our hotel room was also impeccably furnished, super clean and very comfortable. The location is an 8 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a brisk 20 minute walk (along the Seine) to the Musée D’Orsay. I wish I could have stayed there longer, but we were moving to a VRBO the next morning when 3 more friends arrived in Paris. During check-out, I met Emanuel, the front desk attendant and he along with Rui were so hospitable to us and our three other friends and even offered to hold our bags until our next accommodations were ready. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again during my next visit to Paris!

Really enjoyed this Hotel. Was within minutes from the Eifel tower yet far enough away to avoid tourist crowds. We could even see the top of Eifel from our hotel room. In addition, Emanuel and Rui were the best hosts and were there to fulfil every one of our requests. They were very attentive and always had smiles on their face. Wish the upstairs patio bar was more finished. Would reccomend Juliana Hotel to all my friends.

Pros: location, huge room by Paris standards, comfortable bed and pillows, great towels, big luxurious bathroom, lady at reception with long brown hair (sorry I forgot your name, but you are the best part of this hotel) Cons: most of the staff has no idea what they are doing, and I expect more from a 5 star hotel, and I’m not high maintenance, by more I mean, I expect you to be able to execute on the things that YOU offer, and the processes that you put in place. I filled out their breakfast form for room delivery and hung on door, they never picked it up, ok fine, no problem, let me call front desk, oh wait, I can’t because nothing in the room tells you how to dial the front desk. So I get up and go to reception and they get the breakfast going. Food delivered, the “fresh fruit” was like something you get out of a can, syrupy and gross. They also didn’t give me scrambled eggs with cheese , they didn’t understand (even though I checked scrambled on the form they provided, I didn’t write it in, it was an option) instead of calling me to ask they decided I could have sunny side up and got mad when I asked for scrambled. At an international hotel, I expect the main staff to be able to communicate with me. Also, the sink in the bathroom is designed in a way that your shirt gets wet when you wash your hands. They also charged me 72 euros for a bottle of rosè that was 12 euros a glass, I should have just bought 5 glasses for 60 euros, because of service I wouldn’t return

Amazing hotel and service, stayed in the junior suite which was fantastic! Very short walk to lots of the sights and some really tastey brunch spots.

Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. Any request was met with a helpful smile and kindness. The area around the hotel was extremely walkable and quiet. we found it to be a great spot to base our activities from. We could not have been happier with our choice for this trip
